You asked in this video why the recruits we get from Omaha have been busts and the ones that leave have been successful. A. Nebraska has never truely recruited Omaha. Coaches have just taken it for granted. And B. Too many Omaha H.S. coaches are NOT player developers. They recruit players from other teams and then rely on their basic talent. I would ABSOLUTELY recruit underrated players from other teams than some of the bigger names from the Omaha area.
