I have a few Angry Birds plushes since I was really young the main ones being mainly Red and a Pig, I had Blue but I lost it. I have thought about trying to get a mini Angry Birds collection at least to have the main crew and some pigs.

The chuck plush you showed at 2:27 is probably a hacky sac plush. I believe there’s a red and bomb in that style but I’m not sure on that.
