Ten years ago, the Angry Birds community set their sights on Commonwealth's latest offering--another wave of Star Wars plushies, and they were seemingly better than ever. Most of which were from Rovio's latest entry into the Angry Birds saga, Angry Birds Star Wars II, the prequel to original from 2012. Nearly 20 new characters were shown off at Toy Fair 2014, yet seemingly were vanquished from existence and were relegated to folk legend status. Much intrigue and ballyhoo followed in the wake, culminating in this very moment. Today, we finally put all the mysteries to bed and recount the tale of the cancelled "Star Wars II" set. This video will include analysis, postulations, and some storytelling.

Wish I knew the first thing about South Park. Never seen the show, don't know squat about the merchandise. I just work for the company that made them and was tasked with researching and selling them to clear old inventory.

Just too note I have to much original angry birds plush including some seasons Rio classic space and Star Wars and I kept all of them when I got them when I was younger so seeing completely brand new plushes that got cancelled which always makes my day and makes me to exited and makes me want to slam my head on a table

My definition of complete, ideally, would be to have every variation of a 5” plush sold at retail. Any samples are the cherry on top, in my book. Still missing a handful of regional variants-they’re seemingly just as difficult to find as samples.

Finally, the Star Wars set is complete (kind of), It's too bad that the low sales ruined the chances of the plush line being released.

45:44 I saw that plushie on eBay for $75 USD a few month ago. I remember that the pictures showed that the olushie was very dirty and in loose condition. It sold like less than one day before the listing was published. Sorry for my bad English, I'm not a native speaker.

@@MaximusOverdrive I totally regret not taking screenshot or something, but I'm 100% sure I saw it, I searched a lot of related terms on Worthpointh once I realized how rare that plush is. I have no proof, so I understand if you don't believe me. I'll keep looking to see if I find something related to the listing.

@@MaximusOverdrive I'm 100% sure it wasn't one of your listings, It was at 75 USD, it was that variant, I remember the stuffed animal had brown stains in several places and I don't think it had all the tags on it. This was approximately June or July of 2023. It sold out in less than 24 hours.

Who wants to look at the back of the characters, lol. I get the fascination, but not great when I only have so long to show the item on camera. Wouldn't look quite right. Did it for a few characters when I wanted to highlight what was on their backside.

I swear to god i seen the snow trooper pig at my local walmart, it could be a mandela effect, but i remember picking it up at the store, didnt buy it tho because i didnt have money, i actually wanted a ton of angry birds plushies because of youtubers like evantube HD, but the only one i had was the basic storm trooper, i did have a ton of the figurines and stuff like that, but i sold em for some reson, after seeing how much they can go for, i regret doing that
