HI Thank you so much for your detailed explanation, it has helped me a lot to choose a suitable toothbrush. In face Oral-B has introduced too much models and I am so confused. 😵💫
I just bought pro 1, before realizing that pro 3 is almost the same price :( I had to check out this video to see how much I missed out on not getting pro 3
Hi mate, im looking at either this pro 3 3000 or the philips sonicare 4100, since they are both the same price at my location, which one would be a better recommendation?
They are so similar and it really comes down to personal preference. Both get my vote. Sonicare is quieter and feels slimmer in hand and slightly more premium. It also feels more gentle on the teeth and gums. The Oral-B is typically cheaper long term (when considering replacement brush heads). It offers a deeper clean feeling, but some find this a bit intense on the teeth and gums.
The short answer is yes. We've just received our iO2 and began our testing. In the coming weeks, we'll publish a full review along with a number of comparison videos. Initial thoughts, not having completed all testing, is that the iO2 is a good toothbrush, but I would pick the Pro 3 over the iO2. The iO2 is marginally better than the Pro 1, but there's a fairly sizeable price premium that is difficult to justify.
*Thank you so much. I've decided to buy Oral-B Pro 3.*
Good choice. Glad this helped.

I assume not a lot would change if Pro 3 was replaced with the new iO 2?
