I guess it comes down to whether you actually like the game and I think many simmers and even game changers just don't like the game much. There are many justified reasons as to why Ts4 is so controversial.
I love the huge lot in Mt Komorebi, I almost always turn it into a Winter Festival (park). I do the same for spring, (Newcrest), summer (Sulani) and fall festivals (Brindleton Bay). It's a fun way to have sims visit other neighborhoods for "valid" reasons, without it disrupting the gameplay too much and the huge lots in those worlds are just perfect for these. Also I love how cute you described the small lot in StrangerVille ("camping") when it's supposed to be a trashy trailer park 😅
As a somewhat "seasoned " Simmer, I have learned so much from you! And this video is another lesson from you I will continue to review. Thank you so much!! Also love your clarity and personal inputs!
I really love how the sims 4 worlds have gameplay outside of the lot itself without being a fully open world. The newer worlds are also huge for off lot gameplay, moonwood mill is basically a full open world except the lots, it’s really cool. I like to pretend that the worlds are geographically relative to one another so I can separate vacation from quick visits. It makes the game more dynamic. My fave lot for child gameplay is in Del sol Valley in the suburban area - there’s a park where nps kids play and your sim can go make friends. The lot you mentionned in San Myshuno is absolutely perfect for a fancy restaurant. I created an upscale restaurant, called Sapphire Restaurant, with formal dresscode, gastonomic menu, all modern decoration, and most tables on a terrace overlooking the city. It's one of my favorite builds I've done. The one you mentionned in Sulani, the one on the island, I built an abandonned fishing shack, where my sims can go for a fun day of fishing.

I didn't know you could reach the Forgotten Grotto entrance from the Landgraabs' house! I always thought it was part of the park, because I've seen people reach it from there.
This is so helpful, thank you! I will surely check them out. I have been looking for beautiful lots/locations where my master painter sim can paint from reference and make the best nature paintings! My most favourite lot is the pier perfection in Sulani, which has a picture perfect sunset right on your back porch.
Key Point I think is like a perfect lot to make a rental -- who doesn't want to vacation on their own private island? You could even keep it Off The Grid and call it a place to go have a nice digital detox. XD But yes, thanks for the tour of the lots! Always nice to find new places to visit in the game. :)
The Affluista Mansion? You mean the Rocky Butte Community Pool? I always bulldoze it, make the Landgraabs live in a trailer, and turn it into a community lot. It's fun! There's a secret cave! Nancy and Johnny Zest are in love! Awwww. Makes sense. I make them share a bunkbed. I turn most of these lots into community lots, mostly for the reasons you bring up in this game. Like the smaller lot on the Crumbling Isle is a great cafe spot, especially if you've got a lot of vacation homes on that island. The Crumbling Isle is my favorite honeymoon location. Tartosa is so commercial. And run by evil mermaids in most of my saves. Lastly, I just wanted to say: I think Piccolo Luce is the cutest prebuild in the entire game. I don't know who made that one, but they did a beautiful job.
What do you mean Nacy and Johnny Zest are in love ? Johnny is Nancy and Geoffrey’s son, I’m pretty sure he was disowned that’s why he’s not on the family tree …
The Sky Fitness lot is where I put my custom-built city hall. I thought the views would be perfect for the mayor and if you're in the political career, you need to make speeches outside this lot all the time, so it just makes sense.
Great video Petey, love how you high light the surrounding areas. You always bring refreshing ideas n inspiration. Thank 🙌🏼 so much for your enthousiast vibe!! Have a great Day 🥰🌞
Daisy Hovel was lackluster for a starter kit so I expanded it to a two story house at its location with a pool and I decorated it to fit a style influencer, her restaurant chef husband, and their twins who are boy and a girl, the former of who is older. The family was later expanded with an additional boy and an additional girl, but one of the twins later fathered a baby when his emo girlfriend became pregnant with her first child, who was a girl.
I would love to see your guide where we can find f.eg frog logs or where spawn plants and minerals. Sometimes it's so hard to find especially that it spawn after some time, not as soon as you visit neighbourhood
Great content! I love watching your videos :) I’d like to add to the list a lot from the university pack. There’s a dorm there that has a swimmable lake and fishing spot nearby! Forgot the name of the lot tho lol but I thought it was nice 😊
turn of the fitness lot in sand my shoe no has me inspired to completely redo sand, my shoe know, and the types of lots that appear at each area. I typically make the old Salthouse a restaurant, but now I’m thinking maybe the stargazer lounge should be another penthouse, or perhaps the gym, and I can put a really swanky restaurant where the gym is at
Are the purple flowers in the Copperdale park seasonal or year round? Because, long ago when I just bought the expansion I went with my sim on a date there and I don't remember if I saw them... Haven't been to that area in a long time really!

I just bought get together because of this video, love your channel!❤️
Ooo I didn’t know a few things, thanks for sharing! Another great vid content thank you
Loved this so much! Thanks, Petey :)
Hooray! This makes me happy, thank you for the kind comment Fraffee :)
I am in shock! Nancy is all kinds of nasty if she is hooking up with her own son!
Ooh that sounds like a super fun use for the lot Hailey!! Love it so much!! And totally agree, Piccola Luce is beautiful!
@@mikasaackerman6224 I'm just learning now that my game has a pretty messed up bug.
Your videos are wonderful. And I’d be lost without them
Thank you wolves within, appreciate the kind comment!
Great content. This make me excited to play Sims4
I also love this one lot in the quary in Evergreen Harbor, espacially if you build there a natural pool 😍
this was really interesting to watch and also really useful! thanks petey🤗
Thank you for the kind comment Greta :D, really appreciate it!
The Sky Fitness lot is where I put my custom-built city hall. I thought the views would be perfect for the mayor and if you're in the political career, you need to make speeches outside this lot all the time, so it just makes sense.
This is so cool! I'm def gna take note because I tend to only play in Windenburg and Newcrest.
I just discovered your channel, and I really love your videos!❤
I never seen the pet cemetary before and I play this game for years 😅
I recently visited it for the first time, and it’s very cool at night!
I always find something out that I didn't know!!! 👌🏻❤️
Very interesting video.
Thanks for the tips!
Great video Petey, love how you high light the surrounding areas. You always bring refreshing ideas n inspiration. Thank 🙌🏼 so much for your enthousiast vibe!! Have a great Day 🥰🌞
Thaank you WildeBloem!! Always appreciate your kind words, and I hope you have a fantastic day too!
a lot of these are my favorites!
I would love if my sim just used the sink in the same room they use the bathroom in 😩
What I learned from this video: Petey hates neighbors
Suddenly I want to play on all 15 lots somehow simultaneously. The 15 lot legacy: each Gen lives in one of these houses as you move on
I love playing in the Werewolves world! So much to do without a single loading screen, I end up playing a werewolf all the time.
this was so fun, how about wacky business ideas next? like selling toilets etc
totally building either a container home or a log cabin for a woodworker and his dog in the little falls nook lot
Crawdad Corner has tons of nodes/plants/fishing spots, you do need to change the lot type before being able to move in though
Daisy Hovel was lackluster for a starter kit so I expanded it to a two story house at its location with a pool and I decorated it to fit a style influencer, her restaurant chef husband, and their twins who are boy and a girl, the former of who is older. The family was later expanded with an additional boy and an additional girl, but one of the twins later fathered a baby when his emo girlfriend became pregnant with her first child, who was a girl.
great video! thank you :) any ideas for eco living?
Hey. Love your stuff so keep it coming
I would love to see your guide where we can find f.eg frog logs or where spawn plants and minerals. Sometimes it's so hard to find especially that it spawn after some time, not as soon as you visit neighbourhood
Why have I NEVER thought to use the lighthouse museum lot in Brindleton Bay or the gym lot in San Myshuno 😮 oh this is excellent, thank you
not being able to swim in Winderburg is a crime!
The lag is the crazy boss fights in this game.
How did I not know about that beautiful lot in cottage living omg
Great content! I love watching your videos :) I’d like to add to the list a lot from the university pack. There’s a dorm there that has a swimmable lake and fishing spot nearby! Forgot the name of the lot tho lol but I thought it was nice 😊
Ooh thank you so much for sharing that added awesome lot Issa :D
I love your videos!! 🥰
Thank you so much MaeSeaSims :), really appreciate the kind words!
I love the second lot in Sulani
turn of the fitness lot in sand my shoe no has me inspired to completely redo sand, my shoe know, and the types of lots that appear at each area. I typically make the old Salthouse a restaurant, but now I’m thinking maybe the stargazer lounge should be another penthouse, or perhaps the gym, and I can put a really swanky restaurant where the gym is at
i had to’ve used talk to text for this cuz what??
I made a park where the Skye Fitness was cause it was so UGLY. I sorta made the park look like it belonged in the city landscape so happy about that.
Great video!!
Thanks so much Jaxon :)
Are the purple flowers in the Copperdale park seasonal or year round? Because, long ago when I just bought the expansion I went with my sim on a date there and I don't remember if I saw them... Haven't been to that area in a long time really!
You should definitely renovate apartments next! 😊
I was today years old when I learned about the pet graveyard in Brindleton Bay.
I can't believe I listened and watch a 12 mn video without forwarding. Ever thought of making tiktok videos? Anyways This is very very interesting point of view.
I am so glad you enjoyed the video Rosemarie (well, enough to watch it in full haha), and I potentially will expand to shorts and tiktok in time for sure!
Thank you for the appreciation for this game. Everybody hates it so much and yet they can’t stop playing. Personally I don’t like the CC/Mods thing, I like to only focus on what the game can bring.
I had no idea there was a secret tunnel in windenburg!!!!
Great channel. ❤
Thank you Kaylee :D
