if you buy the sour one from shop you don't have to put any lemon juice its already sour , but if you buy the normal one cut it and put in a container with little water and it leave in sun for about 7-10 days it will get sour itself ,and then you can make pickle .I hope it helps. thank you
you have to soak the bamboo shoots in warm water, you can cook it with meat or vegetable or still you can make pickle even form dry ones I will make a video very soon . thank you for watching
