I prefer N40million naira detached bungalow than terrace duplex or semi-detach duplex. If I have money, then detach duplex is the best. Anything semi or attach is not for me including fencing.

Not possible based on my experience of buying property. You will be allocated a house after paying 50-75 pct of the amount. In all likelihood the houses are either still to be built or about to be and will be completed within 24 months. The speed of tge building depends on the buyer and the plan. If you choose say outright or 6 months your house will be completed faster then the buyer on a 24 month payment plan. Anyway ask Eden directly. Their service is top notch and are very experienced. I’ve personally dealt with them on two other projects. They are the best tbh.
