@@unsaltedbeurre3411 actually unfortunately I was hoping to surf it off but then 3 days after landing back in Bali I actually had a small motorbike mishap and landed on my knee so now it’s been 2 plus weeks of mainly sitting around in Bali 😅😅😅 luckily not big damage n knee is almost back to good state!

I'm a highly sensitive person and i tend to absorb the energy of noisy environments n become too over excited n it totally reflects in the voice lol... that's why i love our quiet life in Bali. But for a change of pace BKK was really awesome! Really jazzed us up a bit heehee

A pleasure to see you enjoy the yummy food which I would have loved to try. I find that the Thais usually have a sweet tooth and certain sweet snacks tend to be cloying. Not sure if you feel the same, but the assortment of tantalizing flavors of most of the food items really whet the appetite.
Sometimes the Thai milk tea can be too sweet def yes! But so far we ate so much and liked everything in Chinatown area - it all felt quite balanced in taste even tho def tended on the sweet side! But we mixed everything up in one big jumbo so the sweet n salty n sour n spicy all offset each other I guess. Loved the medley of flavours that’s what I really LOVE about Asian food!
I have always wanted to go to this Chinatown. I think I would stay smack dab in the middle of it for 1 maybe 2 nights. Absolutely love grilled squid. Yummy Thai pancakes. Absolutely love oysters. Yum crab. Absolutely must for me would be those doughnuts. So much yummy / delicious food. Absolutely Loved Every Minute
hey hey! yeah we stayed at this place called the Quarter Hualamphong and Chinatown was just right outside on the streets - it's really quite budget for the comfort it offers and we loved the location! would recommend!!

Sorry but China Town Yaowarat Road or "Coronavirus Town "is not Thailand for me !! We prefer Thailand not China ! We came to Thailand expressly to learn about Thai culture and not Chinese culture.

you tubers are hard to pick pocket, they have cams and if you are a pair, there is no way pick pockets can attack you. well known and well spoken, police can go through the video and catch criminals even if they are not just pick pockets. Pick pockets have increased over 80% due to poor economy due to pandemic and horrible global economy with ever lessening tourists into thailand. I see far less people even from this video even in chinatown.
actually i thought Chinatown was really thriving and bustling compared to Bali.... so i thought tourism in Bangkok was really doing well now... ah well.

BBQ squid salad would have Thai style seafood sauces on top not Tom yum sauces.
Ooh maybe you’re right it’s Thai style seafood sauces but it was super spicy and always has that signature blend of flavours I tend to identify w tom yum but maybe it’s just stuff like lemongrass haha
@@JeanVoronkova Thai seafood sauces will simply has a few ingredients such as bird eyes chilly , garlic , coriander roots, salt, sugar, lime juices and finally fish sauces. We do Not lemon grass in the seafood sauces.
