Is it just me or do the class 180 Emr sets look really classic in they’re livery? They look so shiny, in my opinion I think it’s one of the best Train liveries in the UK!
Glad you enjoyed it ChayD! You don't have to be a trainspotter to enjoy any of my videos. I aim to provide information so that you can watch and learn 😃
A class 180 Adelante there. It was previously operated by Hull Trains and First Great Western. Of course, Grand Central have them. Filtwick is a station in Bedfordshire, near Bedford.
Thanks Arnold, there was another 180 shortly before I started filming but I was a little unprepared for me to capture! I have three more Midland Mainline videos before the HSTs left captured -London St Pancras is one.
Great video there on the MML 😎👍🏽 Good to see the Meridians at “full pelt” - just like the HST, they too will be a thing of the past on this line in the next 12-18 months 😧 Yet another major route that will have the ever-present Hitachi IET/AT300 derivative, these bloody things are now like 💩 in a field, they are everywhere 😟🇬🇧
Another stella video as always to see. The Midland Mainline is looking very different with the overhead wires in place and the class 360's now in play. Might have said this before: Such a shame to see the end of the loving HST's which are now in storage. Probably long shot but hoping that Cross Country, GWR, ScotRail or even preserved railways will save them.
Great video as always though this was recorded in march nice catch of the EMR adelante and the HSTs Especially the 360s even though the were on test that time
Yep! 3Y51 was a driver training and familiarisation run before introduction. I thought it was great to see past, present & future all within a few minutes. Thanks Andrew 😃

Nice one mate. Never fails to amaze me how long the 700’s look when filmed, like a never ending centipede…

@@StarlifeStudios You should do one of the Class 360s with some that has the EMR livery on them and "EMR Connect" brand. :)
