Ink,you da man.I'm 44 in 2016 I was in a head on collision with a semi truck.I was left with multiple fractures including both femurs and unable to walk..Ive spent 2 years saying"why me?". Now With your speech along with many others, I push myself harder then ever! I walk at least 1 mile every day NO MORE" why me" now it's " TRY ME". Thank you so much to all of those who tell their stories.helping me and I'm sure so many others to always do your best,it really works!

I am 43, and I am the hero of my story. Took me long enough to realize this. I might have been knocked down countless times, but I ALWAYS get back up and continue on. Dont ever stop.
All of these guys have amazing stories, and I admire each and everyone of them! Changing my mindset has helped me in a different way over the last couple days. I've been kind of depressed for a while, and was just letting things go around my place. I started by getting up early on a Sat morning, and I started tearing into projects that I kept saying "later" to for so long, that stuff had stacked up everywhere! I kept hearing "do it even if it's hard!" And I DID! I even challenged myself that every time I walked into a room, I had to accomplish SOMETHING in that room! I got so much done over this weekend, just from learning some discipline, and challenging myself!! I'm looking forward to carrying this over into a healthier version of me too! Tonight I shop for healthy food, and if I need to listen to this motivational video every single day, I WILL! Nobody can change my stars but ME. Thank you!

I would absolutely support mulligan brothers! I love these videos! I love these speeches!!! I freakin HATE paying UA-cam 15.99 a month for benefits that are in some cases convenient... I am literally held hostage to my phone if I don't pay for UA-cam premium. I have to keep it open, draining my battery and constantly attend to it in order to skip ads. I'm okay with ads to an extent but UA-cam literally makes it terribly inconvenient if you don't "pay"... Spotify, pandora,SoundCloud etc allow you to listen while your screen is locked.. and that goes for the folks who only use the free version! I would wake up at 330 am to work at 7am .. my schedule wake up make my lunch, take a shower get ready walk a mile to cross the railroad tracks then wait for the bus 35 mins later get off the bus power walk cause I just got 20 mins n half a mile till I get there to clock in... I was behind $750 in rent... Alone in a town with no family there. In the rain going to work, working an 8hr shift, then telling my co worker I gave u a hand helping others, 3 months later. I got there 5 minutes early clock in and work... then I'm gonna help someone make a difference n give them a hand then I expressed my gratitude for dropping at the bus stop, for letting me borrow ur pink umbrella , privately expressing my gratitude, then you got a car someone said.. sometimes I feel like giving up but then I see the time, the two dollars someone gave me for the bus, I remember what they done for me so I rise back up n push n push.. God was with me helping me cross the train watching me he brought this people to me to show me the love that has for me.. grateful to my brothers mother sister friends life etc.. thank u God
I am going through a not so good time in my life and Im not looking for petty but for people as this guy Im broken down in tears man because there is HOPE! I have a limited support but I hvae God and with God all things are possible 🙏

Cycling Artist you’re gonna have to grind harder then you ever have set goals and everyday make progress on those goals until you reach them and then set more.you will gain momentum out of staying with a positive mindset and seeing results.keep your children as your motivation and think of them when times are hard and know there isn’t instant success always but if you truly put in the effort and stay positive I know you can do it.
