I am trying to start my physical fitness training again and it is much harder than it was in my youth. Some days I want to quit. It is videos like this that give me the strength to carry on. I am going to get my strength and my health back. I am doing this for myself, but also to inspire others to go for their dreams and to never settle for less than they can be.

I am a new mom to a now 11 month old and battled postpartum depression for the first few months of his life. And we’re going bankrupt. I own my life and still creating a better version every day. We will all face set backs and some even feel like your world is falling apart. Keep moving forward and fall back into the habits and routines that got you to this point.
