Great video! I realized with my weekly goals I’m making them too complicated. I love the simplicity of your setup. I just told myself … for wellness why not just work on going to bed by 10 because that not happening is leading to a downward spiral of everything else.

Thank you for your video, I just noticed you have put the end of August at the beginning of your month set up what a great idea to make it easier for une weekly view. That would also be possible with a dated planner.
