Its political thing. Anyway i would give you a tips about kosovar fotball. A fotball player Albion Rrahmani was already to quit futboll in Kosovo but one coach has give the money from his pocket because he belived in him. Now he plays in Sparta Prague and he scored aganst Malmo in champion league qualification. Also Vedat Muriqi played in Liria team now he plays in RCD Mallorca. He had a very difficulty life as player. Edon Zhegrova is the youngest scorer for Kosovo National Team product of Kosovar League. There is some inspirational stories
