The problem of the harpies was that the AI would fly out of melee range and into range for the ranged attack for units with a ranged attack. He manually controlled the harpies to adjust for that AI quirk, not sure whether he did for the 1 Week videos
@@rafikovtagir low stats AND low mobility makes them useless in any situation. Nagas have multihit and low mobility as well, but at least they are tough
Funfact, while playin dogwoggle campagin at champion, when i got this freezeng hammer, when i was fighing this fokin piranhas i was saving after every hit, freeze = new save, no freeze = load save, ez win, cheating without cheats, they were all the time frozen, u can beat even 1000000000 of them with this tactics
The pikeman has long weapon that means that also means that it is a hidden "no enemy retaliation" as well, since no other creature has long weapon. How come creatures sometimes still retaliate?
It's not really hidden no retaliation, it's conditional no retaliation. It only works if the pikeman is attacking from a long enough distance for the long weapon to work. The AI tries but sometimes fails to position them right to gain that distance. Humans could also fail if the chosen attack direction does not have the required space.
