Markus is exactly right regarding the hair. I started losing mine "big time" in my 20s (and my two grandfathers are completely bald) and for me, as long as I took green formulas with a lot of seaweed in it, I kept my hair. Also, for some reason I lost FAR LESS hair every time I stopped eating meat for awhile. The one formula I would recommend today to reduce hair loss is and help regrow hair is Markus "Age Free". To this day (I have been on it for years) it does WONDERS for my hairline. I should have been bald 20 years ago. . . with the right herbs / green shakes, you can keep your hair! Don't give up.

Yes that is true. but YOU hold the reins and can control that dominance by your choices- especially the American male's programming to consume beef and dairy- which contains hormones from an animal that naturally has hormones that make it grow to be 2000 lbs, which aggressibely raises testosterone and IGF-1 levels in people who consume it (most American men) resulting in DHT and hair loss and enlarged prostates and eventually prostate and colon cancer. Hormone levels need to be balanced and this can be greatly affected with diet and lifestyle. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK557634/

Damn, I've been bald for over 30 years... but I do have a beard. Hmmmmm... :-)
Unfortunately, male pattern baldness is generally dictated by your genetics, not your health. I'm 69 and can do 40 push-ups without a pause and walk 20Km in a day so I'm fit and healthy -- but still bald :-)

Maybe we could market a new men's hair piece that's fitted with dual mics with built in deadcat wind blocking (color matched).
Imagine how fast mic setup would be.

    • @MarkusPix

The biggest reason is too much DHT which is usually from the American male's brainwashed obsession with eating beef and dairy all the time, so they can grow big muscles and be manly. Cows naturally have hormones that make them grow to be 2000 lbs. When humans eat those hormones, they get way too much testosterone, resulting in DHT resulting in hair loss. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK557634/ How come other cultures that do not eat lots of beef do not lose their hair? The second biggest reason is stress. Genetics plays a part, but in the worldwide picture of human males, its a small one.

@@MarkusPix actually Markus its a fact that testosterone levels in males has seriously dropped in the West.
High levels of a estrogen mimicing chemical from soy is in products etc its becoming a real problem.
      Check into it.

    • @xjet

@@MarkusPix I wish it was as simple as that. I have a couple of good friends that are health-nuts (vegans as well). They don't touch anything that's processed but one of them is even balder than me -- and he's younger than me! I'm sure that bad diet can worsen the effects of male-pattern baldness or hasten its onset but ultimately, unless you're a woman or a man taking estrogen to counter the natural testosterone in your system then it's mainly a roll of the dice. :(

    • @MarkusPix
      @MarkusPix  2 роки тому +1

Lol. Soy phytoestrogens are 4 times weaker than flax does NOT lead to estrogenic health issues and hair loss lol. All plants contain phytoestrogens which are compounds that block estrogen receptors which is good because it prevents stronger estrogens from taking hold- like from plastics, chemicals, preservatives, drugs, pesticides etc. Soy itself is not an issue- maybe if it was sprayed with pesticides like Roundup, then yes, but it's not the soy itself. Commercially raised cows and animals are much worse- they are not only fed pesticide-laden crop foods, but also injected with estrogen so they get fatter faster so they weigh more and can be sold by the pound for more money. Cows also already naturally contain hormones that make them grow to be 2,000 lbs and when people eat those cows (and dairy) they get the cow's natural hormones, the estrogenic pesticides they were fed that stored in the fat cells, the estrogen they were injected with and the estrogen the cow itself produced from all the stress. (Stress produces estrogen) So that my friend is a hundred times worse than soy.

I use an underslung shotgun usually just out of frame, something I learned from Marques Brownlee in his skillshare course. But this is a good technique I should try. Since none of the earworn mics match my skin tone, in the hair may be perfect.

Audio is the one last thing I Don’t have to comprehend my smartphone video production. I used to have a cheap Boya mic but since I switched to iPhone, that mic is rendered useless.
I need wireless one but still thinking and thinking and thinking
So my movie is either silent (with background music) or incorporating sound effects to tell stories. I have to make do with what I currently have at my disposal.

One in the t-shirt, I love all you do and your right, but you can make better sound if you understand how to minus white noise..etc, So the important thing is how people who don't have a budget can be creative, Don't forget your editing software enhanced a lot all of the sound in the end!🤗
