So if he does such a selfless act as sacrificing himself for his friends at some point, or something similar, he might have a chance at redemption. (Note, i say a CHANCE; i doubt he'll be redeemed just for one noble and selfless act. Hes still k!lled a lot of people, but this would at least prove he can change too TvT) Sorry for the long infodump; if you read this all, hi ig XD
Honestly, Alastor has met the "requirements" to get into Heaven despite his deeds. The one thing he has left is a selfless act. He's already "put it to the man" (in this case Adam, and I'd argue maybe Vox due to Stayed Gone, and perhaps even Lucifer due to his rivalry with him. But I think it's dependent on what is considered "The Man" in this situation, as Alastor sees all of these people as below him.) Granted, he lost the fight, but still fought against Adam. There's another one I forgot (I think) if you know it please be my guest. However, while Alastor still has no ambition to be redeemed, I think it might be possible. However, I also have my doubts. If it takes a soul to /want/ to be redeemed, then maybe Alastor doesn't have much of a chance, but it's a nice thought lol

Plus, Sir Pentious was outright slaughtered (with 0.2 seconds, completely vaporized) I believe the last one is don't steal? And from my knowledge, Sir Pentious and Alastor haven't done that. A silly little theory I have is that, if on the path to redemption, the very last step to redeeming yourself into Heaven is dying by angelic power or an angelic weapon, as that is what can kill permanently (from my knowledge.)

Okay A new idea popped into my head. Cos in the official comic, it was shown that flowers wither and die when Alastor touches them. This here, while it might just be a smol lore inaccuracy, had me thinking. What if only the ones he tries to pick wilt. If someone for some reason (I totally would for no reason XD) were to offer a flower as a gift to him, it wouldn't perish because of the kindness behind the deed. Or the flower was special somehow
This was a beautiful but sad short story and when it was closing in on the end of the story with the blue flower it was just the cherry on top to finish it off
