I have the Weber wax cubes too, but if budget is an issue 1 sheet of paper towel with vegetable oil on it works fantastic and is cheap. I love my MEATER too. I hear great thing about Dalstrong. The baskets are great, but the slow n sear is a game changer. Brilliant idea putting the starter in the basket when inverted. I never thought of that!
I have my eyes on a slow n sear! Definitely on my personal wish list. For now, I have the snake method. But, I can dream of that big basket! And yes, that knife was a game changer for me!
You might be able to find an accessory on Weber’s website or on Amazon. I haven’t personally seen somebody add a table to the standard kettle. My bbq came with the table and is configured slightly differently. I hope you find a good one!
