Im a clinical doctor and me and my family are running a school for underprivileged and physically challenged kids for free, free books free food, free everything back home in my country. It gets extremely challenging at times. Each child is a different story, and filing them up with love so they somehow feel worthy is a tall order. We never wanted anything for it. We take it out of our own pockets, our own strength. We cant be weak bec we have taken a big responsibility. But it feels awesome when people appreciate us, makes what we do worthwhile. My son is adopted too. I adopted him bec his biological mom is too poor and too young to care for him.
