ASMR 📝 Writing Sounds (pencil, pen, & marker, no talking, 1+ hour)

- Look man . . . let's not question why I'm writing my chemical romance lyrics and just enjoy the sounds, okay? In this video I switch off between cursive and normal writing and use pencils, pens, and markers.
This was fun to film because I love writing stuff down but editing was a nightmare because 1. it was two hours of footage and 2. upon watching it I realized that my camera decided to make this really annoying noise like every few seconds and I have no idea why. I don't even have autofocus so idk what it was. Anyway I tried to cut out the sound because it was driving me crazy but it happened so often that I couldn't get rid of it completely. Also my computer wouldn't even let me keep editing because stuff in imovie takes up a ridiculous amount of space okay I'm done talking about this long story short I hate editing and I hope the annoying camera sound doesn't bother you too much. There were also a bunch of dog sounds that I had to cut out so hopefully I didn't miss anything too jarring.
Fun fact! After two hours of writing I was like wow my hand is gonna hurt tomorrow and then the next day I fell down the stairs and screwed up my finger so my hand did hurt just not for the reason I expected it to.
The description was an absolute journey omg & man I'm so glad I read it. Also, Never apologize for anything MCR related. It just elevated the video even more!

Been listening to this alongside Cryo Chamber while working on my art. Thank you so much for making this, it's incredibly relaxing and the sound mixing is quite professional. Other writing sound ASMR videos usually have way too much noise pollution in the background.

i like how ball point pens and pencils sound writing and prefer videos the way you are doing it on a stack of sheets of paper. because that tapping sound when someone is writing on a single sheet of paper on a desk surface bugs me

Thanks! I was writing the lyrics for the songs on mcr's first album. Almost got through all of them but then I realized the camera wasn't recording when I was writing the last one and my hand did not have the strength to redo it, haha
I feel sad that more people don't know cursive. How do people write their signature? I'm in grade eleven and we had to learn cursive in elementary, but I think I'm the only person I know who still uses it.
I never thought about that! People are just gonna be writing out their signatures someday haha. I'm glad I learned it as a kid
