I'm sure the wire is too keep the arch shape in each cord so they don't slowly pull at the single thread that she sews it with. I would say it's important. But Floral wire is cheap and easy to find in the floral section of a craft store or on Amazon. It's handy for a ton of stuff.
@@MarchingNorth Thanks so much for getting back to me! I'm gonna try and do it this Sunday since I have the whole day! I will definitely let you know and send a pic! Thanks again!😊🌈
Hi. It is gorgeous. I think about it. Could you tell me how many cords and rope and yarn I need? Please write all details. And what is name the special needle to sew every part of rainbow?
I sewed it together instead mostly because I’m terrible with a hot glue gun and I didn’t want glue strings all over the place! If you prefer using hot glue it would probably work fine too.
Thank you! 😊 I have had that yarn for several years and I originally got it at Hobby Lobby- it’s their “I Love This Yarn” acrylic. I was using up my stash, lol
Amazing tutorial and gorgeous Rainbow 🤩 Thank you for sharing your art and experience ❤❤❤❤

I’m so glad you liked it! The longest rope is about 34 inches long- let me know how it goes!

Great video! What song is this in the background? 🌈💕
Tysm!
You are great
I love you
I saw that you said the biggest piece was 34 inches. How much of a difference is each piece of measurement? Thank you!!💜
Muito legal! Parabéns!
also how big is your rainbow, looks great!
It’s approx. 15 inches wide at its widest point and 14 inches tall 🙂
@@MarchingNorth thank you!!! 💕
Wow
Is cotton yarn or acrylic yarn best?
I used acrylic but cotton would also work- it really doesn't matter, either one will work! 😊
What is the best yarn to use?
I used Red Heart acrylic worst weight yarn. It’s a great way to use up scratchy yarn you don’t want to crochet or knit with!
Hi! Why do you sew and not just use hot glue to keep the rope together? Is it more likely to come apart?
I sewed it together instead mostly because I’m terrible with a hot glue gun and I didn’t want glue strings all over the place! If you prefer using hot glue it would probably work fine too.
@@MarchingNorth ha ha OK!! Might try it tomorrow! Great tutorial! Thank you!
Great tutorial! went to michaels did not find all vibrant classic rainbow colors, where did you get your yarn?
Thank you! 😊 I have had that yarn for several years and I originally got it at Hobby Lobby- it’s their “I Love This Yarn” acrylic. I was using up my stash, lol
