I am near to give some suggestions:first the win and losing animations:the win one:neon can appear like a cat (2 arms and 2 legs down) crawling out,for the losing one:the ball which drop can be more physical,it will bounce down not away and do some rolling.Last the ultimate can make a trash can spawn where neon use his ult. Your ideas are actually really good, some help with ingame effects, models, and animations, and you can make full-on fanmade skins for bs that will look really legit.

For the defeat animation, I would have Leon throw his ball of wood, look up and the ball falls on him and he faints. For the winning animation, I would make a ball of wool appear, and then a lion would come out and scratch the air with special effects. But the rest is great, keep it up.
