You can either apply in person in the housing office or online. I applied in person and just turned it in at the house office. Here the link to apply online: www.mtsu.edu/living-on-campus/how-to-apply.php

@@rperkins143 You can apply for scarlett any year. I've heard that it's harder to get your freshman year but I don't if that's really true. If you want scarlett I would apply right when they open that way you can get in for sure.
