in bn 4, 5, and 6 there were ereader cards in Japan that featured navis or viruses. using them gave different effects in each game but in this case megaman gained grass body which gives his natural state a wood attribute along with some other effects of the card used but it normally doesnt change buster

It's a patch called Balance Battle Network 5, it's available on the tango emulator you can play the patch and get toad man *
