I can’t remember if the lake had a name but if the town isn’t named after the lake I think it would be a perfect town to have named after its founder. A cool story of some settler who did something important to bring lots of people out. For example a guy that started a party who built the reservoir which invited many people to come and farm or someone started a small company that may not be around anymore but it brought up this community.
This is a truly beautiful community you have going! In a lot of rural areas like this, these places are named after the native name of the land, or a native chief. Other more recent ones include names like Jamestown, Gearhart, Blaine Point, or my favorite, Polebridge. Then again, a lot of these names just explain what the land is like; Clearwater, Whitefish, Flattened Peak, etc. Love your work!
This good sir is some of your finest work. You keep finding ways to blow all our minds with your talent and skills with Cities Skylines 2. Thank you for sharing your videos with us because they're a real inspiration to us all, you show us what's possible when you got the skills to create a true work of art with this game. So keep doing what you're going and we'll keep coming back for more and hopefully more will start sharing your videos so that more people can have you as a resource of great ideas in making amazing looking city and landscape designs. 👋😲👍
I'm not sure how short it would be. I use a lot of mods and quite a few of them are local installs. I do need to put together a proper mod list though.
No idea what made me think of it, but do you think you could fit a small outdoor karting track somewhere? Maybe at a forest vacation park with log cabins and tennis courts and stuff?
That's a fun idea. I can think of two possible locations where that might fit in. It might be a while before I start building in either of them though. I'm kind of waiting for the rest of the building packs to drop before I start some sections. I'll keep it on the back burner for the moment.
My little lakeside community is in need of a name. If you have any suggestions let me know below.

Hey bro your videos are unreal!!!! Could you make a short video on all the mods you use please.

@ No rush! I’ll be watching as long as you keep building! Happy new year from London.
Looks awesome, im wondering which mod do you use to remove the grayish color when zoning or placing buildings?
I'm using two. Zone Color Changer, mods.paradoxplaza.com/mods/81568/Windows
and Whiteness Toggle, mods.paradoxplaza.com/mods/80826/Windows

I've been working on the entire region for almost eight months now.
