I got these for 40 bucks and I like them. I heard other reviews not recommending these. That's their choice but I think they concentrate more on the negatives and not the positives.
So I bought these right after watching this video. Am I the only one struggled to get the box open? These buds are slippery to even get out of the case. The sound is great and I got it just for the battery life since I use them at work 10hr shift.
I got mine for only 35 bucks in 11-11 sale in Shopee. Can't wait to put my hands on to it. well by the way I still got my Soundpeats Truefree Plus TWS way back from 2020 and yes they still works fine but they gotta rest now.
I have liberty 3 pro , lib 4s. Space a 40, 4ncs. Sleep a 20. This my first new brand. Only issue I’m Having right now is figuring out how to have them get into my ears. They look kind of odd. And. Soundcore Liberty 3 pros are big guys too but don’t feel or seem as awkward. Any tips ? Also. I see they have longer battery 12.5. To Liberty 3 pro 8 hr. But still use them for movies etc. which would u honestly say is better ?

Nice bass & midrange freq. .. however.. i dislike the fitting into the ear,, not sit well and fall out easily despite trying others bud rubbers sizes.. it blocks out the sound when you are trying to push the buds more into the ear canal.

Yeah, I can look past the glossy case. The earbuds don't feel chunky and they have to be a little big to get that kind of battery life and the two coaxial drivers in there

@@davidfigg i think so. It was a known issue with these things. Best aounding earbuds ive ever used. If the earbuds go monthe without being charged theyll stop being able to charge.
A dumb question : my earfun free pro is getting old (some abrasions, right earbud drain faster..) but still working. I want just to know if engine 4 is a real upgrade (only in terms of sound quality), or I don't have to expect a big step (so, maybe wait for something as good or more than Eng4, but with more functions)
i have the soundpeats hs, even though the hs case is matte finish i use rubber casing to cover it, but i think for this engine 4 u can buy a case for it if u don’t like the shiny case cause easily a finger print magnet…
I've just gotten to the point of wanting it all in an earbud. Like the Tozo Golden X1. I don't think Soundpeats can design an earbud like that hence the collosal Opera 5. Maybe in the future thanks for the review. 💯👍🇺🇸
The Opera05 is still one of my favorites. The size of the earbuds don't bother me at all. It only bothers me on pairs where the weight isn't distributed right where they do feel like they will fall out
No noise canceling, no way. I am very glad of my sounds peats opera 5, except for one thing : the eartips keep wanting to fall out, specially when my two hands are busy and I can't put them back in my ears. And apart from gluing them in my ear canal, i don't see what else I can do. I tried several things but for now, nothing worked. I tell you that because they look very much alike with the opera 5, and I guess that they have the same problem.
these don't have the wight of the 05 so although I don't have any problems keeping the 05's in my ears I don't feel the Engine4 has teh same weight to them either
@@OfficialGamesky probably because you are young. With age there are some hair growing inside your ears that probably don't help for the adherence. And if I have to compare with other pairs, i would say that the stim type stay better in my ears. For this type, a possibility of wingtips would be welcome
@@OfficialGamesky actually, I just succeeded to take a wing tip, remove the tip part with scissors and keep the wing so that it will fit without changing the sound much and increase the stability in my ears. However I cannot keep them on when the tws are in the box
Im a sound quality snob so id prefer it if my device doesnt have anc. Technically all headphones cancel noise just by getting in the way of outside sound. Also some sound cant be cancelled because itll vibrate your body and physically bypass anc.

BUT, when I take a plane or a train for a long trip, I am glad to switch on AMC to reduce the engine noise. This being said, and it might be due to my old ears (I am 68 and I also have a little tinnitus), and also to the fact that I use qood quality tws, I cannot hear an important difference in the sound between with or without anc.
I like the battery life. Ofcourse sound is important but secondly for me is battery life. Do these ENGINE 4 earbuds have the ability to manually power off and back on with long presses without having to use the charging case?

Cambridge audio is based in the uk. I had the melomanias. The audio quality and battery life were amazing. When they switched master and slave, or which bud was connected to the phone, the change was audible. That couldve been a defect and the problem has to have been fixed by now if it was common. Try looking into that and maybe you can avoid import taxes.
I dont care about pass through, anc, these sensors or whether or not the things shut themselves off if you pull them out of your ear. I want the absolute maximum for my money. Audio quality battery life ip rating... all the physical stuff. I must be on my own in this regard. I cant find videos or articles or forum posts with ratimgs framed in that regard. Well that’s a bummer, I was looking at these buds after my AirPods Pro broke but after this review that’s heard toward Androids I guess I will continue go look elsewhere
Must of received a defective pair, these are not good in any way. Static, poor connectivity issues, songs only play a few seconds before cutting out and yes, I unpaired them and started all over. Still not good. When you buy something new and there's this many issues straight out of the box, instant return. Doing a factory reset on a brand new item is unacceptable. Fyi, they are not very loud at all. I have 4 pairs of Soundpeats, I like the brand but not these

It's a older earbud..but the edifier tws1 pro. Is a very good balance sound and aptex adaptive 12 hours on a single charge
Alot of the Sennheisers come in pretty natural sounding. Especially the Momentums when the ANC is off

The HS is a great pair too. I can get past the glossy case of the Engine4

Anywho, I bought the engine 4 and let me tell you, the worst purchase I've ever made in my entire life,; the sound quality is not that good, earbuds are too chunky and heavy, also within a week my left earbud's sound got dropped all of sudden and now it's useless, the left earbud's sound is way lower than the right one and it's not fixable.
So you had a bad experience and that means everyone is sponsored? That makes sense. Mine still work great and sound great
