And working with DPWH Sec. Villar, this Skyway 3 finally has been materialized clearing the "right of way' dispute that the previous administration had failed to do so.

Nice but Expect also an expensive toll fee but hey, shorter time of travel, less traffic means less consumption of gas so its almost a win win since one cant buy time!!!

Mabuhay ka Ramon Ang. You are a nation builder. After this project next is MRT 7 going to Bulacan then the new Manila international Airport in Bulacan. Katas ng San Miguel beer grabe pala ang kinikita ng mga Lite beer at Pale Pilsen beer nila.
I guess what Ramon Ang meant by completed Skyway 3 is the structure of the original scope, excluding the change orders and modifications. Its fantastic that this is a privately funded and handled project such that the company sticks to its committed deadlines. It was a great decision, too, that SMC pulled on board the most prominent construction companies, so that there would be no delay excuses.
