This step by step tutorial guides you through on how to make a musical tune which is inspired by the Star Wars Movie. In this tutorial, we will guide you on how to use the code blocks in Micro:Bit to create the starting tune of Star Wars .
The Micro:Bit is a tiny, pocket-sized computer that introduces beginners and kids to learn basic coding and programming skills with both software and hardware interaction. The Micro:bit has an LED light display, buttons, sensors and many input/output features that you can physically interact with.
Microsoft’s MakeCode editor is used in this tutorial, which is a perfect way to start programming and get creative with the micro:bit. This online editor offers color-coded code blocks which are similar to Scratch’s block-based programming language, which makes it easy and fun to code. The users also have an option to switch to JavaScript language to see the text-based code behind the blocks.
