As judge Newman said, there was a 10 year record of criminal behaviour. It wasn't a "bad decision" -- it was a complete breakdown of character. Fleming is sorry he brought shame to his family, but I don't believe he has remorse for how his crimes hurt his victims. He deserves 20 years and that's what he got. I hope his wife divorces him and moves on with her life.

That's been bothering me, too. The way she was just apparently lying at the bottom, hardly any scrapes or cuts or bruises from allegedly falling down 6 or 7 concrete steps, and only hurt her head so bad that she died. I've fallen down a set of wood basement stairs, and the first reaction is to put your arm up/back to grab and stop yourself- she should have had severe scrapes all along her arm(s) and hand from that. Falling forward down stairs is possible, but not normal, and a better investigation should have been done.

Gets kidnapped to Bulgaria, exactly 😅 It's just like Eric said about Harpootlian. That man is not trustworthy at all and my assessment has nothing to do with the fact that he defends the accused. Griffin doesn't seem quite as bad, but he's no Sunday school boy either. This female panelist also said well. You can really expect anything from these people and the other side cannot afford a single mistake. Even that still doesn't guarantee anything, because the other party doesn't mind moving in the gray area or even stepping over it. As for those pleas, I guess it's also about the fact that Alex wants to plea specifically to the federal charges, but not to the state. That's why they want delays so that the federal case can be dealt with first. If the appeal of the murder conviction goes through and the case is retried, the federal conviction will be Alex's first, so he will be able to serve his sentence in federal prison. Edit. Okay, the panelists were also talking about that when I listened to the end of the video.

The Main Issue I Have With The Murder Convictions: A Liar & A Thief Does Not A Murderer Make & I Feel There Was Not Evidence “Beyond A Reasonable Doubt” To Convict Him Of Murder… His Other Crimes Absolutely But There Is Reasonable Doubt & Zero Factual Evidence Proving Murder.

I appreciate the judge Newman's intelligence, that he, even after he sentenced, Alex murdaugh, to spend the rest of his natural life without parole in prison oh, that the honorable Judge Newman, what still able to remain calm, and in control of the Court oh, that the demeanor of, Alex's, his presence, was ignored, that the honorable Judge Newman,, was able to attend to the business at hand, and that, Alex murdaugh, and his defense team was not going to be in control in regards to his 1st upcoming Financial / trial, which the audible judge Newman was going to proceed on with the trial of, Alex's civil suits where he stole money from his housekeeper's family where her family won their mothers injury settlement due to her fall in the Murdock's home.. allexis defense team thinks that the court clerk influenced the jury vote to convict Alex, LOL. Alex, and his defense team are only barking up a tree, which their effortless attempts to overturn, Alex's conviction will not go in, Alex's favor, as the evidence against, Alex, was legit. Even so, they Court Clerk would not have been successful to have that kind of ability to has had any kind of influence on the jury's vote. Alex, had a fair trial, and he was treated with the same fairness, and respect, is like any other individual on trial for capital murder.. Alex, and his defense team or just barking, and their mindset is to try to overturn Alex's conviction anyway that they think will win, Alex, a new trial. Alex, was given a fair trial, and he was traded with the fairness as like any other person whom goes on trial for capital murder, or any other kind of crime. Alex, is just having it rough adjusted to his 8 by 10 prison cell, and his defense team just thinks that there was mistakes made, except that, Alexis, trial, and with the evidence presented in court was legit. Alex, he will not win a new trial.. where there are too many cameras in public buildings, and where the courtroom is colored gated with people, and multitudes of people, which also includes the court bailiffs standing guard of everyone's actions. There is no way that the court clerk had the opportunity, or the time to have persuaded the jury to go into a different direction. The jury deliberated with the legit evidence presented in court, and with each Jui or in court deliberated honestly, and with a summative diligence. They were not persuaded despite the fact that Alex, and his defense team believes otherwise Alex, is exactly where he belongs, and that is incarcerated for the rest of his Natural Life. Alex, is not the one who has been victimized, rather it is, Buster, as he lost his mother, Maggie, and his brother, Paul, due to Buster's, loss that he no longer has a family, because of, Alex, Buster, to this day, and it will probably be for a long time that, buster, will continue to grieve his mother, and his brother. It is extremely horrific when a child loses his mother, and his sibling due to a family member having murdered his spouse, as in this case. Buster, continues to have a lot on his plate while he continues to grieve his mother, and his brother's death, and at the same time, Buster's father happens to be, Alex murdaugh. I will say, buster, has been embarrassed by his father's crimes of Capital murders. He's having to hold his anxiety back from the public, as much as he's having to keep a clear head on his shoulder, that he's having to face the reality that his own father did in fact, committed the murders of his mother and brother. Buster, is both a victim of his father's criminal actions that he murdered his own wife and son. Even though, buster, maybe 26y RS old, and a young man down, but he still has become victimized by his father's crimes of murders. But so, since Alex's trial was televised, and with media cameras in the courtroom, Alex may have been given some attention for a short while, but for Buster, he was embarrassed, and angry about the whole thing I am sure that wherever he goes throughout the day out in public, people are still displaying their curiosity surrounding the trial of Alex, and Buster, is feeling the heat of his father's crimes. This is one reason why buster is a victim of his father's. Oh, and this well, Alex has extended family, and that of Maggie's family Thomas they all have been victimized, because of, Alex.. the only comfort zone that buster has, is that he has a girlfriend in support of him, which has become Buster's support, and his girlfriend's family in support of Buster. Buster doesn't really know how to communicate with his father, and knowing that his father is responsible for his mother, and his brothers death. There's probably not a real close relationship between son and father, because buster is without words to say. Deep down in his heart, buster, is embarrassed by his father's drug addiction, and the fact that he stole from his own Law Firm, which Alex's, grandfather, great-grandfather and father found all of those years ago. However, the media, newspaper Outlets/ magazine Outlets needs to leave Buster alone, and allow him to live as normal a life as possible without the news of his father's crimes being a continuous public conversations everywhere. Buster is embarrassed, and he as well, is confused that he thought his father would have done something like this, but he realizes his father had every motive in the book. After all, buster not only lost his mother, and his brother, but his mother's family has lost a sister, a daughter at the hands of someone like Alex. It is hard to love a parent with a whole heart, and at the same time to realize that your own father was responsible for his family's murders. Alex is where he belongs, locked up for the rest of his natural life and without parole. Alice does not have room to talk, and any apology he could give to the very people who he has victimized, those apologies would be in vain apologies would be in vain. It was fall on deaf ears. Too many people has been hurt, because of 1 person's poor actions to commit such a heinous crime as murder. Well a drug-addicted person will always be a drug-addicted person, as a person who can steal from a law firm, witches own grandfather and father founded, which this is what Alex murdaugh, in fact, did. Even if, Alex's, defense team, we're successful and getting a new trial,, a new trial, and with a new jury,, steal all the evidence is legit against Alex, and with a new trial, and with a different jury, Alex murdaugh, will be found guilty for a second time 2nd time. I'm pretty sure that the Appellate Court will not Grant a new trial, because Alex's defense team, we'll have to have strong new evidence that the court clerk influenced play the part in the jury deliberations. Alex butter just be grateful that he was not sent to death row, whereas, he murdered his own family, and sent his wife to a miserable, and heinous death, because of his own going crimes of drug addiction to opioids, and the fact that he needed the money to support his drug addiction. He gets to live, while on the other hand, Alex, sure did silence Maggie and Paul permanently. So the ones whom are the victims of Alex is Buster, and his uncles and aunts within both Maggie's family, and his father's family, and all the other families who have suffered at the hand of Alex. These people are the real victims.. Alex may have been sent to a 8 by 10 prison cell oh, but he was not sent to death row, whereas he sent Maggie and his son Paul to death row permanently by murdering them.
