Shit happens. It's obvious to me that both Jett and Jason are very passionate about the sport and take their jobs very seriously. I don't think the incident merited the blow up after the race. No one crashed out, no one got hurt, rubbing is racing. But I was happy to see the passion from both of them. This season is shaping up to be wild and a little chippy.
Jett offering to pay Anderson's fine comes off arrogant to me. I get that it's trying to take the high road, but everyone knows the fine was pocket change to both riders. To me it comes off with a "I'll pay for the peasant" vibe.
And I bet they threw the jet fan zone tickets you requested as an insult as well. You really think that he requested those tickets.?

This is great! I looking forward every race going forward. At first, it was all about Deegan but now that Tomac is back, Webb is on fire, and now Jett is forced to humble himself. I think this is only getting better for motocross. Kinda sucks that AP's winning is being over shadowed but Im sure his confidence level is a lot higher than before! The 450 class just got better!! I just hope they race fairly and not make it personal. This is healthy but Jett is learning the best way...my opinion. Everything happens for a reason . Everyone has a chance to redeem themselves to become a better person and an athelte! A2 is going to be lit!!!

At 45 seconds in you see Jet run into the side of Jason’s bike out of the corner up the face, thats why Jason looked back. It had nothing to do with defensive riding.

That wasn't a brake check, he was squaring up a deep ass rut. If Ando wanted to, he could have stopped him dead a few feet further into that rut and Jett would have been stuck there.

Fastest guy on the track behind you is still slower than you, if you are good enough at defense to save a position and points towards a premier class title is completely different than friese and the Alessi brothers center punching and intentionally slamming ppl down with block passes. Unless you're a lapper there's no reason to ever give way. It's a race not an etiquette competition.

It doesn’t seem like anyone likes him. Jett’s issue is he’s okay when he wins, but is an absolute baby when he loses. The kid tries to curate this “fun loving” persona, but in reality his ego has overtaken him and it feels like the other guys have had it with him.
No he's just used to scalding 250 riders in his way, the 450 guys , some of them its part of the riding to not race forward, cause they dont have the speed. Freise, Barsha, Anderson, although the mudd was the real culprit creating the one lane track

Jett is the best rider in the 450 at the moment and he will win the title, he has a style none of the old timers can match and they know it. Last year most of them were in MX and he completely annihilated them all and has won 4 titles already, who of them can say that?
Most ignorant comment I've ever seen. Last year there were 4 other factory riders in the field and a Sexton who only raced 8 out of the 11 rounds. Anderson and Barcia came back in the last 3 rounds, both coming off injury and racing for the first time in 4 months. Jett has 1 single premier class title, and then the goofy 3 weekend SMX title where the only race that matters is the 3rd one. Nobody cares about lites class 250 titles, every one of the other factory guys also have multiple 250 titles

I have to say, Jason kept it real on this one. The Man Line would have been to make amends face to face. I like Jett, and if anyone is going to have a shot at being even close to MC’s record. I think it should have been left alone as a racing incident. No harm no foul. Shit does indeed happen in the heat of the moment. JA rode like Friese, more interested in what’s behind him than racing forward. Looking back, changing lines and brake checking are things most riders don’t appreciate.

Jett's little cakewalk in the 450 nationals against an injury depleted field seems to have gone to his head. I said before the season started that he would not have it so easy in Supercross, and I didn't feel any different after A1, where anything can happen. (Barcia and Roczen have won a ton of A1's between them, and have ZERO titles to show for it) Talent only gets you so far, and in the premier class, you have to have the complete package to win a championship.
