The sticky note room in Five Nights at Freddy’s Security Breach is one of the biggest mysteries of Security Breach as a whole, and while many people have tried to solve this room, I don’t think the true answer has been revealed.
MatPat on Game Theory suggested that Gregory was the Crying Child and lived in that room prior to FNAF Security Breach. John on FuhNaff pitched Charlie Emily, daughter of Henry Emily and spirit of the Puppet. Funnily enough both of them also suggested that the occupant was Patient 46, but that’s not what this video is about.
I don’t think either of these answers is correct. Or at least, not completely correct. I believe I’ve figured something out about Security Breach’s post it note room that no one has figured out, and it all starts with one note telling someone else to get out of their home.

The idea that Charlie and CC became close after they started to forget themselves is really cute and really sad. Given how close Henry and William were before shit went down, I think it's reasonable to assume Charlie and the Afton children were friends (or who knows, maybe they were related by blood via Henry and William's partners or sum'n). So the idea that Charlie and CC were close in life, both died because of William, and then 50 years later became close as ghosts feels like something Scott would do, and as I said, is really cute

The notes really do fit well with the idea that it's two entities in the room. It's certainly clocked it into place for me.
Man if only Crying Child had a Nickle for every time he had to play amnesia roommate with a vengeful ghost girl who tried her best to ruin Afton's life until an elderly mentor character told her the calm the hell down
I had to physically stop myself from facepalming when you said that two people could be sharing the post-it room. It seems so obvious in hindsight, how did no one else think of this? Glad this video came up on my recommended, can't wait to see more of your work!

This actually makes so much sense considering this exact thing happened in one of the logbooks. Where secret messages which were seemingly random and meant nothing when put together implied a conversation between two characters. And not to mention its possible that interaction happened inside of golden Freddy where Cassidy and the crying child could have possibly shared a room . This theory is so good! To be honest I wasn't a fan of GTs security breach interpretations and I really like the first video of Fuhnaffs but the last 2 seemed to trail off topic for me and this just ties everything together! I find it so interesting that Security Breach has this reoccurring theme of "groups of twos" Like we have Sun and Moon, Vanessa and Vanny, and now Charlie and Crying Child. There's just too many characters grouped as sets of something, that I feel that we're trying to be told something here.

@@brodyrichter8113 probably because they aren't super important. Though I believe the purple bunny from Stage 01 shows that glitchtrap has been a thing for a while. It's possible that rsqhfjdbak whatever is glitchtrap occupying Michaels mind as early as fnaf2
@@alexrivers8163 I don't think that is the case here RSQ and Shadow freddy aren't glitchtrap glitchtrap only affected one game and that was fnaf VR good try though on solving RSQ it's been a long theory that RSQ are the deaths of workers that were left in the Shadows or something like that I don't think this is the case either if we shouldn't trust the four core games anymore to some degree then RSQ is either a "mistake" in the game or since RSQ literally does nothing expect crash the game it's something that only easteregg characters can do and were important to the lore if the Shadow animatronics are important then they are probably test animatronics when Afton was trying to recreate giving gifts giving life the first two experiments were thrown away because it didn't work properly they were there but also not they were Phantoms real ones not fnaf 3 stuff
As stated by others before me, this is such a great theory. I'm surprised that I haven't seen anyone talk about the possibility of multiple people in the post-it room. it explains so many unanswered questions and merges the best of both worlds of crying child theory and charlie theory. Very epic.

This theory makes so much sense. Imo it even aligns with Gregory’s attitude throughout the game. It also shows why Gregory is not remorseful for dismantling the animatronics. Robot kid leaves his room and gets caught for the first time, probably sees dismantling the other animatronics as some type of fun game or activity. ALSO it shows why Gregory is crafty, and knows his way around some parts of the pizzaplex! Very well done theory, honestly amazed with how this theory makes the beginning of the game and the story actually feel natural, and that there’s a real goal. Great job!!

@@Staurcomb they literally are kinda dumb, GLITCHING robots. They already had kinda extra personalities, it makes them more likable to children. The virus made this worse with monty acting out and breaking stuff, roxy having mental breakdowns and a clear inferiority complex, and chica eating literal trash. The game isnt meant to be hard because they three main robots or staff bots are dangerous. The moon, music man and the blob are the only real threats aside from afton. The animatronics are just there to slightly hinder you. They are not meant to be that much of a threat, they do gwt a bit more dangerous when you break them tho. But only slightly
Actually really enjoyed this theory and it makes alot of sense! Would love to have Charlie and CC slowly becoming friends (assuming that they weren't to close because the first thing CC wrote to Charlie was get out)it would be so wholesome these two souls just hanging out writing to each other!

These are some really solid points. I really like the idea of the code being a list of commands that would help explain for why Gregory acts the why he does in the game vs how he acts in most of the endings. The only time we ever see him get scared or even cry is in the endings

Who do you think is the author of the wall code? I think the fact that it's in Michael's room should indicate that it was Michael writing it, but if thats true, then that also presumably implies that Michael was simply ""alive"" rather than say possessing Glamrock Freddy. If it's not him, I don't know who else it *could* be.
Overall, I like this theory. There's just a few things that I can't quite understand.
I will say I don't think it's Michael, but I'm planning explaining who I think it is in a future video. Just cuz it's the room Mike was watching TV in doesn't mean Mike was the only one who ever was in the room after all :D

@@IDsFantasy Could it not be Charlie? I think the phrase "I built the breath" is very key, couldn't that be associated with the Puppet? And that could explain the binary in the room; maybe it has to do with the fact that she was coding the crying child, and creating him, a robot. I don't remember if the binary code actually had translations or not, and whether or not they were important so I could be completely wrong but that is kind of my reading into it. Besides that, if she were to have created the crying child, there is a question of motive; why would she do it? Well, it could be due to the fact that she thought she could use him as a tool to shut down the pizzaplex and stop the virus from spreading, afterall gregory's sole mission is to kind of ruin the animatronics and get the pizzaplex closed to "stop murders". The "murders" could be referring to the possesions by glitchtrap, which would result in more deaths. And is he not semi-successful in his mission? In what is considered the "true ending" he is able to burn the pizzaplex to the ground, and maybe achieving charlies mission of stopping the virus. Just food for thought.

this video blew my mind. you deserve a sub for that.
as you said, gregory/crying child (i'll call him CC) lost his memories somehow. 2 of the proofs we have is the fact that he's not familiar with the Pizzaplex and also how Charlie seemed like she was trying to help him remember, in the poster room, with the notes she wrote for him. Though, something i found pretty weird was how they were communicating through notes... that means they were not together (since they can talk... right? even when they were "coming" to life (during the binary paper notes)) but that doesnt mean they didnt met. Who knows, maybe gregory's looking for her during the gameplay, maybe that's why he locked himself in Freddy: so that he could search for her. This is just a throw but im not that confident about this, how they're searching for each other. They don't seem to be enemies... i mean, since she was kinda trying to help him remember.
Concluding, it's pretty well confirmed at this point that both of them are related to the pizzapplex. We don't know their relation to each other or their goals, tho we know Gregory lost his memories somehow. hmmmm this is getting interesting im loving it ahaha

i also think it's interesting how gregory says absolutely nothing about the sister location room. he has lines for other similar things, like “hey, that wall just moved!” when he opens a door.. why wouldn't he go “holy shit i just made a me-sized door appear with a camera”? maybe it's just chalked up to game logic, but it makes me feel like he's seen it before or was expecting it in some sort of way.

Also I know this is probably just a choice but am I the only who notices that the color of the notes that says the “This is my home, Leave” is purple???? Purple like the Aftons? I know it’s probably just a choice of color but it just really stood out, I had to point it out.

interesting ideas!! id just like to point out charlie probably wasnt 2y/o when she died in the games - considering she is pretty well spoken in UCN (i dont think a dead baby would suddenly be able to form complex sentences), and also that her sprite in the security puppet minigame looks a bit older than a toddler. im not sure why she would have messy handwriting then, but considering it gets neater later on it could be because she had just recently gained consciousness?
My sister was pretty eloquent as a 3 year old, so it wouldn't surprise me too much. Plus she could barely reach over the window. But that's also totally possible :D

In the sister location code, "Break and mend" could be referring to Gregory Breaking the glamrocks and mending is Gregory using those to "mend" new upgrades for Freddy.
Totally possible. Alternatively, Gregory/CC was broken and put back together. There's a lot of ways that bit could be interpreted which is kinda cool
I think the idea that it was both Charlie and the Crying Child occupying the post-it room is super sound compared to it just being one of the two. The evidence for it is great as well!

This is both sets up the Post It Room and even more of the mystery of the lost little girl from upcoming DLC. For someone that doesn't know a ton regarding the game's lore, this really was laid out in a very clean fashion and each point making sense. I still feel a touch sad that Gregory isn't just a regular kid lost in the Pizzaplex, but I do appreciate some light being shone onto this game. For whatever it might be worth, please keep up the amazing work of FNAF Lore you, hope this video gets spread out to ALOT more fans and have a Merry Christmas to boot. *cheers*

If Gregory is also patient 46, getting possessed by the crying child at a later time would account for the apparent change in goals/personality. And if they’re just making robot kids to spread glitch trap, it solves the issue of *why* would some one build robot versions of Charlie or crying child. That could also relate to the weird daycare padded cell facility place with the endos, which I still haven’t seen anyone talk about. 🎉🎉

@@IDsFantasy Let's be honest, they're just plot holes. Fnaf was incredibly well written until 4, 4 to ucn started with the plot holes but still told a very well written and satisfying story.
Vr to security breach and the books are crackpot writing that a 5 year old came up with, that is the most convoluted awful dogwater disappointing laughable stuff i've ever seen, and trust me this is coming from a massive fan since 2014.
I applaud you fuhnaff and matpat for trying to make this tragedy even slightly interesting and trying so hard to understand a badly written mysterious story.

I have a theory of how Mike fits into this. The source code of AR had an unused email account that belongs to Michael, of which the emails were canon so this email might be canon as well. This could insinuate that Michael is still “around and kicking”, that he somehow got out of the final pizzeria at some point: before the fire, after the fire but before the pizzaplex, or during or after the pizzaplex was created. Judging by him having an email, he must have been able to espace and find some help, maybe an investigative team; so maybe Mike was supposed to be emailed and told that something was going on at the pizzaplex, and his help was needed.
Regardless of if this email is canon or just a “troll” by the AR team, it’s not completely out of the question for Mike to still be around. William is stuck as Burntrap, the kids are stuck in The Blob, Cassidy - and possibly Henry if he’s the red guy - is stuck in video games, and Crying Child and Charlie are possibly stuck in “replacement robots” as you’ve theorized. So maybe Mike, with his remnant filled body - of which remnant has been shown to heal in the books - was able to narrowly survive, and possibly heal, and/or possibly adopt some robots into himself similar to how the blob is all melted together, and William’s flesh seems to have actually wrapped itself around his metal body, even the new parts of it.
Either scenario, Mike could be able to be in the pizzaplex, hiding in the shadows and figuring out how to fix things. He could have been the one that built the secret room. Maybe he was able to take and reprogram 2 of the replacement child bots with Crying Child and Charlie’s souls. But then at one point Crying Child was captured and his programming messed with, but Mike was again able to partially reprogram him with that wall text, and help him escape. What happened next to him is a mystery. He could be in hiding, or maybe he was captured.
But now let’s look at his connection to GlamFred. I see 2 possible ideas. 1. Micheal was able to partially put his soul into Freddy, so that he could keep Freddy in control and to protect Crying Child/Gregory and Charlie, incase they needed help. Or 2. After Mike was captured and possibly killed, his soul found refuge inside GlamFred, affectively putting him in a similar scenario to CC/Gregory, having memory loss and acting more with their programming rather then themselves, but still partially having their memories and partially acting like them (ex: Fred’s protectiveness of CC, and his “second wind” being Michael’s protectiveness and determination).
Sorry this is so long, watching your video just activated my theory brain and presented some evidence that could fit into the theory I’ve been wondering about for a while.

I've heard about that email account. The issue is I'm hesitant to use those emails since technically we don't know if it's Michael and the fact that it wasn't used means the story could have been changed, so I'm waiting till we get further evidence. Your ideas are really cool though!

Honestly, I think you should email this to matpat so he can do a reaction or something. This could be really useful considering he's aiming for a final timeline.
He's probably almost finished with the timeline, but I am planning on trying to get this somewhere he might see it at some point :D
This theory's merit absolutely skyrockets if RUIN opens with our protagonist already being inside the Pizzaplex for an unknown reason, because it could so easily be explained away since we never saw the exterior of the Pizzaplex in SB anyway.
I do love that this vid changed my perspective on who exactly occupied the Staffbot Silo and why it's empty by the time we reach it!

The game's story is open to a lot of interpretations, and that could be the reason why hardly anyone can agree on anything that is said. I wonder if there is more correlation between the logbook and the sticky note room. I feel like history is repeating itself here because people were confused about the logbook at first and eventually find out there is a conversation between two people inside golden Freddy. If this theory is correct, it sounds like a repeat of the logbook. I wouldn’t be surprised if the sticky notes solve something in the logbook or vice versa.

I'm getting a headcanon of the lore combining your theory, MatPat's, and FuhNaff's at once. Two kids being in the basement might be possible, but what if, like in the books, there is 2 souls in one body? Them talking, but not interacting, is kind of weird if there is 2 bodies there. The reason Vanessa might be looking for Gregory is because one of those souls in the basement had possessed him, and now Glitchtrap is ordering Vanessa to recapture it and put it back in the basement. The secret message is something I would guess to be a message for the crying child, and now that it has found life in Gregory, like the message suggests, it is now his aim to free those with souls. Overall, I really like your theory. Great to see more theorycrafters here!

I love seeing a lady making this kind of content. When I was younger I felt oddly pushed out of the community not because of anything they were doing it was just I was different. Its possible Henry was there in some form. He was the only person at the fire who wasn't already dead, maybe he possesses the Blob but is infected with Agony and that's why he attacks Gregory.

1.Charlie most likely wasnt 3 in the game. She clearly has some level of intelligence, and since the spirits dont seem to really grow up, as seen with andrew in fazbear frights, and speaks quite clearly. Id say that she was around 8, maybe ten.
2.We see post it notes around the generators in the sewers. Whoever was in that room, they got out sometimes.
As someone with young siblings, you'd be surprised at how intelligent 3 year olds are. They don't get nearly as much credit as they should. And yep, I do mention in the video that Charlie has some little hideaway around the place :D

And on intelligence : I agree on some level, but the fact that Henry seems to think that Charlie was a "protector" of some kind (according to the ffps speech), id say she was at least 5.
Hear me out, I know this is an older video, but since I’ve watched that, and since GGY came out, what if Gregory was a real kid, got killed, they built a robot for his remnant, but infected it with the glitch trap virus so that he would lure more kids to the pizza plex! Then, the crying child possesses Gregory-bot, two souls in one body again. Crying child would have to have gotten the glitchtrap virus out of Gregory-bot so the both of them could work together to escape? Its just a theory 👀 it would explain a couple things too, Gregory could be patient 46, AND want to defeat Afton! Also Gregory being unsure of his own name when telling Freddy, and the whole you are broken thing.

i agree i think it's charlie and the crying child, but i also think its a version of charlie we haven'tseen, like how baby was behind the 4th charlie door. and because of the charlie/baby/elizabeth drama from the silver eyes series, i think baby/elizabeth and charlie are working against each other from the same body. because baby remembers being "charlie" but also remembers being elizabeth. think gregory is the hacker(hence the highest scores), but baby is the one running the show trying to bring afton back but the shared charlie soul is the one keeping the plan from working completely. i think john(fuhnaff) was absoluetly onto something whith his charlie theory, but i think gregory was working with charlie before charlie became a shared body with baby.... this is very convoluted. but its fnaf i guess

The only thing I would have to say is that the message saying “all the games” could be referring to all the mini-games you have to play to get the happiest day (which I know isn’t 100% confirmed to be about him, and even if it was; he might not know that they even exist since technically he isn’t the one playing them). This was really well done, you have def gained my subscription! It feels almost so obvious, like we as people have a "this or that" mentality to the point where we never even considered it could be BOTH options (ref Charlie and Crying Child). And if this is true, I feel this makes for a much more compelling story for SB and the upcoming DLC.
I think this also would make sense with, in the DLC poster, it looks like Gregory is writing "Help me" through some kind of computer. If he is trapped in this burned down ruined building, where would he have got access to a working computer? Unless Gregory (presumed Crying Child) and Charlie have somehow discovered a way to communicate with each other electronically (Hence abandoning the post-it room.) I know it's most likely just to convey to us that the DLC is helping Gregory, but it would make for an interesting detail should this theory actually be the case.

I think Gregory is a robot that was designed to wander the Pizzaplex and befriend lonely or sad children. So when he didn’t have a target to go for, he spent the rest of his time playing games in the arcade, blending in with the other kids. That's why he's so good; a combo of inhuman reflexes and tons of practice.

It really only fits Gregory if you are already assuming Gregory is a robot
In my opinion it only fits that if you assume it's completely disconnected from the latter half of the message. "Dodge duck flash shoot crawl run crush the vile band" and all. To me it sounds like the Glamrocks hunting Gregory and Gregory fighting back 🤷♀️
@@IDsFantasy True but the cypher refers to both I and You, it refers to I when it says "I built the Breath" and You when it is saying "Your life, your aim will save those with soul" this would make me think that this is almost a message from Henry to Gregory.
Which would mean the end of the Message would be instructions on what to do "Dodge, duck, flash, shoot, crawl, run, crush the vile band. Cry not, try not, do not hold out hope. No, your life, your aim will save those with soul."
And those instructions appear to be telling Gregory to save the remaining trapped souls
It could also read as a message from Michael to Gregory since that's what Michael was doing too but the breath line doesn't really fit as well.
But it would fit the idea that Mike is inside Freddy

Just a short theory but it supports crying child being in that room. We seen no. 3 many times like 3 kids, "home" written 3 times and even its written "1 2 3" separately. Matpat said it might indicates Afton kids but I think that when Michael was about to put Crying child in fredbear mouth he said "ON THRÈE! ONE... TWO..." So maybe Crying child remember that as well but not completely and wrote it. His memory is kinda foggy.
One more thing. Is like Fnaf 6 was useless or something because Henry and Michael started fire so renmant get destroyed and souls get released but here Charlie, William, Elizabeth, Michael souls survived... Maybe souls inside molten freddy is now inside blob. Is it sure that remnant gets destroyed by fire?

@@IDsFantasy I also made a theory that the story "Man in the room 1280" somehow connects William Afton and Cassidy's story. In that Andrew torment his killer and we know that his killer was actually alive. His killer was burnt and his face is like a skull. He had not lips, ears, nose, eyes and hairs but he was alive because Andrew kept him alive. Maybe its same with William. We know due to remnant Michael Afton survived, its like he possessed his rotten dead body. Maybe William, after or maybe while fire was there, his remnant somehow went in his body which was inside burntrap. We know mega pizzaplex is made on fnaf 6 place. Means they should've found body of William inside burntrap and he was alive due to remnant. In the story man in the room 1280, Andrew connected himself with his killer to torment him and maybe Cassidy did same thats why Cassidy is in princess quest because she is connected with William's form which known as "glitchtrap". So William Afton is alive, actually he was because in that story the man later got blasted inside a fazbear pizza place and maybe in William's case he was blasted in fnaf 6 and he again went in burntrap. My theory get support because there is not bones, skull inside burntrap in fnaf sb. Atleast it should've skull but no. It can mean his body was taken out. One more thing support this theory is Cassidy being princess because she was attached with William (glitchtrap) and glitchtrap went inside that arcade game and she also got trapped inside that game and last thing which supports my theory that the Andrew's killer was burnt and William was also, William's only skull was there and no lips, eyes, nose, hairs and same is with that man in the room.
There is maybe no purgatory or hell. William was torment by Cassidy while he was in coma.
Honestly the whole Charlie and the cry child being in the room actually makes a lot of sense and I actually thought that the notes made it seemed like there were at least two different people in there

Somthing I found interesting is that a few theories mentioned how ggy on the arcade machines is probably short for Gregory. But in the beginning of the game when Freddie asked what his name was Gregory doesn't immediately answer. Almost as like he just made up that name right then. Just somthing I thought of

One reason I think, like you said, that Gregory’s memory and personality is faulty is because of some override in his code. It would explain why Charlie might have been trying to jog his memory. It could also be Glitchtrap in some way trying to keep Gregory complicit locking specific memories away.

Id like to say that im pretty gullible when it comes yo theory videos, as I pretty much belive anything anyone says if it has just enough evidence, but this video was really easy to follow along with! I remeber seeing a theory on Ozone's We Need To Talk About Gregory (GGY) video, he may have lost his memories. Maybe the spirit of Cassidy set him free, and since the Cassidy/CC golden Freddy combo maybe CC's gotten more trusting of Freddy, and also Michael.

15:43 i think the reason why Gregory doesn’t remember anything, is because in one of the books « The tales of the MegaPizzaPlex » (I forgot the name of the book but I remember the events vividly) he was most likely possessed by glitchtrap at that time, meaning that he wasn’t possessed by glitchtrap at the very beginning, then got possessed, and somehow unpossessed by glitchtrap again, and the virus completely brainwashed him, that could also be why Charlie is lacking in Security Breach, maybe she got possessed by glitchtrap aswell and maybe hadn’t overcome the virus yet at that time or something, my theories suck but that’s the best reasoning I could come up with 😭😭
Yep, in The Bobbiedots Conclusion. That book only just released today, so I wasn't able to incorporate it into the video, though I do think I mentioned Glitchtrap being involved as a possibility. But yeah, given how Gregory acts in that book, he most certainly does have the memory problems :D

I love how you brought up the crying child and charlie being in the same room. I feel like it connects the game and the DLC. Whenever the crying child and charlie got "caught" being out of their sticky note room, they had to make a run for it splitting up. Evan ended up in freddy, Charlie is hiding somewhere unknown. But the DLC is supposedly going to be charlie as the playable character, as she finally gets out of hiding and sees the results of what evan did to the pizza plex. How do you feel about this?
Also charlie being the new character were playing in the DLC is more than likely. FuhNaff pointed out evidence from the fourth closet, connecting one of the charlie bots having an exact/similar appearance to the character in the DLC poster.

What I find really interesting is that there‘s a torn paper next to the SL room saying “It is there, but you can‘t see. Alone in the dark. I found the key“, which, along with the two bowls of popcorn in the room, kind of confirm this theory. The other person from the sticky note room was there before Gregory and the room is actually ment for two (robot) people.
Eventhow I personally think that the other robot in the room is Elizabeth because of the drawing of the Sun of the SL minigame, because her soul must be somewhere due to her eyes not being lit in the blob and because of the look of the girl in Ruin matching the look of Elizabeth, the fact that there are two robot children ment to stop Glitchtrap is undeniable proof that the sticky notes room must be where they met and got good with each other backed up by the “friends“ and "me-you“ sticky notes.
