Good day Matt, We have a laser operation in Northern Alberta. We are struggling to get our engraved area to shine, post engraving, we have used alcohol based cleaners, degreasers, etc but cannot seem to achieve that awesome stainless shine. Do you have any tips for a small outfit just getting going? Thanks in advance, and thanks for your videos they have been an awesome help thus far.
La awesome works good but you have to make sure you are burning off the paint. It will leave Resid be behind but you can use LA awesome to clean that off.
Hi I would like to start with this busness and i see its good to bring in my kids to help and makensome extra money. Obviously the principal thi g i need is the lazer machine Can you please give recomendation on what lazer machine to buy to start out with and give an estimated cost so I shearch for one.
I'm getting close to pulling the trigger on a laser. So far, I'm stuck on the Comgrow and the Neje 40640. Any thoughts on which one would be best for a beginner?
Hi, great video. I have an epilog 60 watt but engraving polar camel tumblers and it won’t clear it on the first pass. I noticed your other response to slow it down but that did not work either, any tips?
After using Coral Draw for 20+ years. And using light burn. Its night and day difference. Lightburn is the way to go..
Thanks for the info. I just might look into that.
you are one of my favs
Thanks
Awesome video Matt! Did you keep the tape on for the final engraving? Thanks!!!
Thanks and no I did not

@@laserengravingwithmatt thanks for the reply, I've heard that in a few places. Got some on order! 🤙🏻
👍
Have you done the small yeti with a handle?
Yes
whatis your trick to get them to spin correctly? The handle is too heavy
It works fine for me. Try replacing the spring in the thing that holds the tumbler down
@laserengravingwithmatt7833 I don't have anything that holds the tumbler down. :(
That’s your problem

I haven’t heard of any of those lasers. I run the Epilog and thunder nova 35
Hi am new here and I want to start a laser company at from the Bahamas and have so many questions like what app or website do you use
Hello. I use coreldraw
Is the 75 watt your recommendation for Tumblers?
No you can do them with 30 watt
Have a 30w laser, having to do 2 passes. What can I do to make it 1 pass?
Slow it down power 100% and try 30% speed or less speed.
