I've had plenty of Spanish speakers give me crap for being Hispanic but not being able to speak Spanish. Just today actually. I am 50% Hispanic and I don't speak Spanish. Why? Because my father decided to not step up to the plate and be a father. He's who I got my Hispanic blood from, so I never was around the Spanish speaking side of my family. I shouldn't be given grief for my father's mistake. Don't be so quick to judge.
