I'm stuck between wanting to be a cyber security analyst or cloud security :D wondering which is less difficult lol but you're helpful and I appreciate your videos thank you!
Hey 👋🏽 both has it’s good and bad, I think it just depends on what interests you more and what your requirements are… example hours, technical level, tools etc.
@@cyber.queen_ I’m considering into cloud more. Would cloud be less technical? If not I’m going for it still because it’s an amazing career opportunity :) I’ll try it out and give it my all.
Hope you're doing well. Have to ask your opinion. As mentioned before my goal is Cloud Security Analyst. I passed the AZ900 and after I receive my SC900 soon I'm thinking either AZ104 and SC200 or go for the CompTIA Security+ and CompTIA Cysa+. Love to get your thoughts.
Hey 👋🏽 if you are looking to do cloud security analyst, I would stick to the cloud certs that you have planned and then back it up with loads of practical skills. Build a lab, practice on Defender for cloud, Sentinel, M365 defender. Know the ins and outs of those tools and the processes for analysis in order to get a job.
That's my plan but here is the tricky part. Most people I've asked are telling me it will be next to impossible to start in Cloud Security with no experience. I am thinking working as a Cloud Administrator then work my way towards Cloud Security Analyst. Tbh I am just going along with what others have been saying since I really am unsure. I'm going with a longer path to have a better probability of reaching my Cloud Security goals. Your thoughts please...@@cyber.queen_

The cloud in a nutshell is just storing your stuff on someone else's computer.
True, but with many different bells and whistles
@@cyber.queen_ yea i took it down to the bare minimum. How i would explain it to my mom or other non techies.
