Vascular headache is a group of conditions that involve headache due to the dilation or swelling ofcranial blood vessels. In this condition, the blood vessels in the head become enlarged, distended and inflamed, and lead to a throbbing pain that usually worsens with physical activity.

Medical science is very immature. Doctors only treat symptoms because they don’t know how to figure out the root cause. I am an Aerospace engineer and I would get fired for only treating the symptoms and not doing a root cause. My cardiologist hates me, I question all his nonsense. They are like a bad mechanic, replace parts or drown with additives, eg surgery and drugs is all they know. They don’t understand Gods design.
