- Pepsi Bottling Company in Tampa partnered with Westfalia to implement an AS/RS into their warehouse to better utilize available space. They also implemented Savanna.NET® and KUKA Robotics. Tasks are completed quicker and with less error with automation, making the company’s success more likely to increase in comparison to companies still working with traditional warehousing systems.

@@rosieh6933 Yup, with the turnovers associated with orderfilling (handstacking). It is a better decision to go with automation. Plus, it is going to reduce liability cost from injuries. My local pepsi bottling plant is always having problems with turnover. Plus, it is hostile environment due to lot of overtime and inflexibility.
