'Christmas Time Year' by Jim Barrett at Crowleys

The Blues Dream Cafe came to Crowleys Music Centre yesterday.
The Blues Dream Cafe was set up during Covid. It is two brothers version of a man cave, dedicated to music. It consists of Jim Barrett, Noel Barrett, and various weekly guests. Andie Mcnamara is a regular guest, a fabulous jazzy vocalist who collaborates with Jim.
Jim is a prolific songwriter producing great material, almost weekly. Noel Barrett is a very established bass player who has played on some of the best albums in Cork and beyond down through the years.
Yesterday they drafted Trevor Kiely in for a bit of percussion. We had great fun. The Barretts are always having the craic. It is a pleasure to be around them. Thanks so much for coming in to play for us.
