I just tried bibs for the first time this season. Life changing lol. As a short person my layers make me feel so restricted, bibs give me so much more mobility.
I squat and deadlift a lot so my thighs are huge lol which has always made it damn near impossible to find pants that were tight and restrictive around the crotch. Recently bought some Swiss Tech bibs for $45 and the difference is night and day! Bibs for the win.
I recently moved to braces to get rid of using belts which was a huge change, now I've decided to order myself a bib to see if I like them. Company has a 90 day return policy so plenty of time to see if they're comfy.
I got Carhartt Yukon extreme bibs for working on cell towers in montana, but they are awesome on the mountain too. Designed for pipeline workers in Alaska they are probably the warmest bibs available.
@@ellstackeradventures just this season on the mountain but I've been wearing them on cell towers in colorado Wyoming and montana since last January. They keep me pretty warm even on windy 5 degree days at 300 feet above the ground.
Let me say I did this mistake just last week I placed go pro mount on my chest and damn do I regret it was at china peak California I fell face forward and I bruised my chest so badly like bad and knocked the wind out of me !
Hey bro thanks for a tip. I pulled the trigger and bought a bib. Upon arrival it was tight around the hips when I was sitting or crouching down. Do they stretch do you know or should I size up? Cheers

I enjoy them so much
Appreciate this. I never snowboarded but I was wondering why I didn’t see anyone in bibs while looking at beginner snowboarding videos
I think bibs are great for beginner's because you will spend a lot of time on the ground and in the snow

When you were showing us how easy it was to use the restroom in bibs I thought you were going to lay a log in your room lol
I all most had to!

Its definitely a lil transition period for comfort but i love that no snow gets in ur pants hahah and no belt and they stay up hahah

That's awesome how long have you been doing that??? I should try a warm pair

I like bibs, agreed, they work well.
:)
This video just helped me make my decision. Thanks bro!
Heyyy your welcome thanks u
Warmer? Not rly. U can get different warmths. Insulated vs not insulated. Goretex pants are most likely gonna cost more than a bib.
Another tip, don't be tempted to put anything solid like GoPro in the bib pocket. A toe edge slam could be made much worse on your chest...
Good point ... However i do like to put my phone in my chest pocket

They are way better I wear them so good
I so agree
Ellstacker!! Do you think zip tech will do just as good of a job as a bib would ?
I think so ya but then u would have to zip it lol lol
Where did you get the bib you got on?
solid work mang!
Yooo rob
How do u drop a NARD if ur all BIBBED UP?
Mobility tho? I ride only park and tempted to get one but idk if I’m gonna be able to move , rotate etc🤷🏻♂️
It is a lil weird to get used to at first but now i love them and don't want to go back to pants
Also i feel like i move more free cause there big and just one piece and don't have to pull up my pants
Which one are you wearing in this clip?
Ive Been wearing The Blue Oakley bibs and I really like them they worked good for years
