The Handles can be adjusted for width but from there they will automatically ‘micro adjust’ to fit exactly with your body’s biomechanics thanks to our 4 way universal pivot. The handles themselves are also free to rotate allowing you to get the ultimate stretch and contraction on each rep for the most muscle fibre recruitment.

Very nice. It's not nautilus but much better then most other equipment currently available.
