  • In the last video, I took my 6" lifted 2004 Chevy Avalanche on 35's out for its first time offroading. In this video I throw some more obstacles at it to see what it can do! I join a few of my Jeep friends on this trip and also get to see a nicely built rock bouncer in action!

    You need to let air out the tires for more grip

    • @jtmoffroad
      @jtmoffroad  4 роки тому

      For sure. I always do so when I take my Jeep out but decided to just see how the avalanche would do without airing down. Obviously not as great as I would have if I had aired down! 😄

    It's crazy to see how bad Southington is actually getting. Keep the avalanche as the tow pig.

    • @jtmoffroad
      @jtmoffroad  5 років тому +1

      Whatcha mean about how bad it’s getting? I like how it’s different just about every time I go there. Yea the avalanche needs to go back to being jeep transport. Fun to try something different though!

      @@jtmoffroad It used to be enjoyable on 31s-33s, now I was struggling on 36s LOCKED. Most of the old trails got shut down there because they would swallow a 38 and it's sad......

    You didn't air down. The tires were too stiff.

    I think if you aired down you would have gotten way better traction

    • @jtmoffroad
      @jtmoffroad  5 років тому

      100% agree. Forgot how many off camber sections there were and thought I could get away without airing down. I’m sure it would have been a completely different experience aired down.
