IMO this should be required to be cleared under surveilance (like a teacher) in school to get a "tiltproof" certificate, where you arent allowed to rage.
no beds.
having to clear this would make so many people a bit more humble and patient IMO. and if they cant, they shouldnt be in certain jobs like teachers and the likes who have to work with people and stay calm at times, control their emotions.
