They separated the category on speedrun with any % all skips (includes dino skip) and took out the dragon ones and made a dragon route category for everyone asking and it isn't updated on the website yet because they're backed up with 150+ runs to verify before they even get to the new dino ones

No he tapped it. That’s why he lost so much momentum. The coliseum and the maze he hit just enough to lose momentum and not over shoot the ending. Look at other Dino skips. They over shoot it by a whole minute of time. He landed so precisely because of hitting those two things. Very impressive

I literally thought less than 16:00 was impossible, until dino skip was found. I also thought that sub 20 would be an almost impossible barrier but then dragon skip was found. Who knows, there could be another exploit that allows a sub 5 and we don’t know it yet. The devs can also update the game to change anything like they did by adding the railway bed or removing the waifu that they stole

I feel that's the true hidden message in only up.. people focus too much on how far up they have gotten instead of how CLOSE they got to the end. And when they realize they are close to the end they get more anxious and paranoid that they will fall and fall to the WORST extent😂. If people can just try to focus on the mindfulness that they are just simply jumping platforms the mistakes would happen less and less.. Under that premise, you can complete the game in under a minute with the skip from the beginning of the game. Gotta keep some element of skill in there, but I agree it can get tricky determining what to allow and what not to allow in a speed run

Dino skip is relatively easy and skips the harder skips like boat skip etc which require actual skill. Like Zex and Dist practiced boat skip for like 30+ hrs themselves
There are speedruns in other games where you know it must be much more difficult than how easy it looks. This, however, looks already difficult af, but probably still is hundred times more difficult in practice.
I respect the grind so much I wish I had that much perseverance. I suppose it would be easier if you actually enjoy it though, you even said that you would rather play only up in your spare time hahah
