I've traveled the globe and Japan has the best train system. Super clean and comfortable. Very friendly, helpful personnel as well. It's no wonder they have the busiest stations in the world.
I LOVE the gigantic windows! Most trains feel claustrophobic but this one: so open and bright and spacious-feeling! Who cares who sees you? You'll never see those people again!

Moominvalley Park in Hanno City, aka Metsa, is the first official theme park for Moomin outside Finland. It was all made by Finnish company. On the way to the theme park, Warner Brothers Studio Tour Tokyo, world’s biggest Harry Potter studio is to open this year!
All this travel, a visit to a smaller city, a visit to a bakery, to a lake and a park, inexpensive food while traveling, and return home--all without the use of a car...amazing!

I like the big windows. They are unusually large. Cleanliness in Japanese trains is famous, at least in my opinion. So if a JAPANESE writes that he has never seen such a clean train, then it must shine there...😄

Loved seeing the fall colors there. My area of the US (Southeast Texas) rarely gets much fall colors as we have summer weather for about 8-9 months of the year. After watching so many of your videos, I want to try some sort of sticky bun with sweet bean paste. I have also never had sushi but I sure would try it if it came by conveyor belt or robot! I’m sure that this train is designed by the renowned architect, Sejima kazuyou, winner of pritzker prize. She is famous for her philosophy of lightness and transparency in architecture. Never seen the interior of this project but it really reflects her thoughts although in a totally different field.
You know its actually pretty good to not include your voice explaining things and let the person hear the environment sounds with captions, also the prices of everything is a good step

I was upset that you didn't manage to ride over the river by cable car, and that some places don't work on working days. I really liked the tree with red and green leaves. I'm thrilled!

I've always wanted to visit Japan; when my Son moved out at 21 I could finally save to travel; then I was diagnosed with a progressive disease, a cyst in my sacrum called a Tarlov Cyst. The pain is the biggest hurdle at home, but it won't prevent me from enjoying everything Japan has to offer. I've always wanted to live in Hokkaido, so that's probably the first place to visit. There's so much I want to experience in your beautiful birthplace. I'm brushing up on speaking Japanese, a bit harder at 62 than at 21, when I took lessons. Of course I forgot everything 😅

In Denmark, we have a similar local train. It doesn't look As spaceship like, but they do have these large windows meant for a better view of nature. And most of the rout is. I would personaly recomend the trip from Aalborg to Skagen. It got a lot of variety. But it may be a little pricy.
Great trip, that's huge room for person who need accessibility, or bike, or big luggage. Something related about future always come with weird shape, this is one of the example. The window is huge, but sadly most of your trip only seeing buildings. It's great you showing different vibes between Tokyo, Hanno, and the park.

1:26 Is that the Seibu East Exit? I spent two weeks in Ikebukuro on my first visit to Japan and stayed in a boutique hotel close to what I assume is a bar district from all the hosts and girls in maid outfits at night. 3:11 Chibi Maruko-chan! 11:53 Is there anywhere Starbucks won'r set up shop at? 16:54 Donki! 18:04 That's how I remember Ikebukuro. Bright lights and a confusing station. I only ever used the Yamanote Line while I was there so I didn't get to explore the station itself but I remember feeling intimidated as to how big it was. Thanks for showing us Hanno! Definitely worth a side trip if only for the Moomins. Stay safe!

西武新宿線沿線民ですがラビューは沿線民でも見かけると、お！と思います。ヘッドライトの隠しモード（普段は見られませんが）やフランス製ワイパーとか、在京でも地味な鉄道会社にしては頑張っているなあと思います。目玉はラビューと５２席の至福くらいですが、新宿線にはDORAEMON-GO! があります。池袋線も限定で走行するようですが、機会がありましたらドラちゃんに乗りにいらしてください。
DORAEMON-GOはかなりのクオリティなので乗ってみて欲しいですよね！ただ普通の電車なので撮影難しそう😅

Yes, as others have said, the large windows are lovely! Some UK trains have poor layouts, so that some seats don't even have a window.

The pain is the biggest hurdle at home, but it won't prevent me from enjoying everything Japan has to offer. I've always wanted to live in Hokkaido, so that's probably the first place to visit. There's so much I want to experience in your beautiful birthplace. I'm brushing up on speaking Japanese, a bit harder at 62 than at 21, when I took lessons. Of course I forgot everything 😅

In Denmark, we have a similar local train. It doesn't look As spaceship like, but they do have these large windows meant for a better view of nature. And most of the rout is.
I would personaly recomend the trip from Aalborg to Skagen. It got a lot of variety.
But it may be a little pricy.

Great trip, that's huge room for person who need accessibility, or bike, or big luggage. Something related about future always come with weird shape, this is one of the example. The window is huge, but sadly most of your trip only seeing buildings. It's great you showing different vibes between Tokyo, Hanno, and the park.

18:04 That's how I remember Ikebukuro. Bright lights and a confusing station. I only ever used the Yamanote Line while I was there so I didn't get to explore the station itself but I remember feeling intimidated as to how big it was.
