I just received one of these tablets and need to know how to do the video chat and download books into it. Any help is appreciated.
Ordered one off Amazon and it came with a passs code lock. How can I master reset it. I am about to send it back if I can't use it.
Is there any custom water proof cases for this to allow me to use it outside for navigation on an ATV? I'm looking for something better than a plastic bag case.

Its not a google certified apps but you can install any app using the google playstor or the apk installer. I personally prefer New items and avoid 'Like New' products, but its your choice

You just need to use your finger nail to open it
@@MinistryReviewsSchaz Thanks, I actually used a screwdriver after it wouldn't open using my thumbs to slide it. The problem lies that if you don't know how it's hold inside, you might brake it so I was somewhat careful. Still, this should be in the Owner's Manual.

Got it today but wifi not working. Says connected to my wifi network but "no internet connection". All my other devices work fine on this network. I unplugged the modem and router and plugged them back in. Have restarted the tablet several times. Any suggestion?
Try to factory reset the tablet
@@MinistryReviewsSchaz I did that several times and reset the modem and router several times. My router was set to 5 ghz and it looks like this tablet only works on 2.4 ghz

They do not have proper customer care and repairing for the products. Product is okay, but if any service is needed you won't get it. You just need to throw it. Hence I won't recommend it to anybody. Unhappy customer.
