There are many creators that make fun videos that make you smile for 10 minutes, but there are few who inspire you to change your daily habits that have a compounding effect on your individual growth. By you putting your routine and struggles out here you are helping people more than you know! I know you're destined for greatness, all the very best!!

I’m really loving this new direction of filming and editing that Elliot is doing. Reading is a very focused activity and having to read instead of listen throughout his routine video made me focus on his word and message. It’s easy to put a video on and get sidetracked to what’s actually happening but this method keeps you engaged and present. Happy to see you building good habits and learning new skills like cooking!

one thing i’ve always loved about elliot’s videos is genuine learning, something i don’t see in fun temporary videos. they’re great too, but elliot’s videos will always give me a sense of unity. we’re all learning how to adult together, it’s not easy, but everyone is constantly stepping out of their comfort zones while also practicing discipline. it’s a fun, sometimes mundane challenge, but we’re always growing and becoming wiser whether we realize it or not. thanks for the reminder to try and push ourselves to improve our habits and accomplish our goals, but also to not fall into a toxic productivity culture

Maybe cause like 90% of his day is fake. No one takes cold showers daily. No one does sauna daily while meditating and thinking about their goals. It's normal to slack off and to eat unhealthy once in a while. It's normal to start your day lazy and skip workouts. I'm sick and tired of people acting like they have changed themselves in a couple of months and that their routine and lives are perfect cause it puts shame on the rest of us.

One small nit I wanted to point at out @2:30 is that it's not that coffee messes up your cortisol levels in the morning, but that coffee (caffeine specifically) right after waking up binds to the adenosine that is in your brain (which makes you tired) that cortisol would otherwise clear, so when the caffeine finally wears off, all that adenosine is still there and leads to an afternoon or midday crash. Andrew Huberman seems to be the one popularizing this finding, but cortisol (which naturally spikes when you wake up, and viewing sunlight first thing in the morning for ~5-10 min minimum helps with this as well) helps clear that adenosine out, so by delaying caffeine in the morning for roughly 60-90 minutes it allows that process to naturally work.
Love the video though man! Very motivating stuff, and I really liked the new style of just having subtitles but an otherwise silent video with nice music to listen to. Really helped the focus be on the message and I thought it was pretty creative. Keep up the hard work!

Spotaneous moments allow you to connect with new people and you get to step out of your comfort zone with new activities. And of course, try these things with friends! I fucking love you Elliot. You have literally no idea how much you inspire me. From living to NY, To being an Asian American, to reading books, to being a UA-camr, to having good habits, to influencing the world… I cannot wait until we meet my friend 🙏 great video as always. Loved the fucking vibes man. Felt like I was reading a live book or something. I appreciate you 😊

To be brutally honest Elliot, as a pioneer sub I loved this video and everything about it but, I had to watch it 2 times which I think is ok....first time was to read the subtitles because I could not keep up with enjoying the graphics of the video and reading at the same time. The 2nd was enjoying the video itself without the subtitles. If next time you could keep the speed of the subtitle down a little bit it would absolutely be great to relate to everything in the video. As always, I love to see Elliot always learning something about himself and can't wait to even see more! LOVE YOU ELLIOT!

I love the video. And you're feeling at home in your new place. I have a place of my own in Williamsburg Brooklyn and I love it. Of course I have to clean and get situated with my clothes lol. I have learned that a routine is needed to be comfortable and situated as well as not be boring to try new things on your own. And being alone is a great thing. My sweetheart comes from Jersey every few weeks but I love being alone and although my staff comes to do my meds, I love it. I usually have no fears about it. I also like the clock.
