I've been using ASMR for a long time to help with my ptsd but never have I seen a video so relaxing that I can actually sleep through the night. Thank you
I use ASMR for my PTSD too. Only thing that could get me to sleep after returning from Iraq... Coupled with melatonin. Lol.

Gonna pop on here to say that you have such a soothing voice, the triggers were relaxing enough, but the soft singing/humming in the mix just about knocked me out lol.

Try to adjust ur frame rate by makin' it x2 shutter speed, if u filming on shutter frame 1/30 make it 60 and it'll disappear .. I hope this helps and great vid as usual 💙✨
