You are so organised! I battle multiple autoimmune diseases, and have been carrying around my "to-go" bag for awhile. I find it comforting and convenient to carry a tote bag with things I may or may not need for the day, and if I suddenly end up in the ER, I have what I need for the hospital.
That was Dead sea oil and root beer oil? I have RA congenital hip dysplasia sciatic nerve palsy 3 bulging disc in my back ulcer on my back side brain injury fro. Utero chronic cluster headaches club foot and hammer toe with fused hip and ankle...I bought the tens unit after watching your video before still looking for battery operated heat wrap and massager 🙂
This was amazing. I am a chronic pain patient and a travel sport mom (soccer). You are giving me so many ideas I truly appreciate. My youngest child is starting to have symptoms of pain that he battles and we may need to start exploring medically. I really appreciate all of these videos!
I'm definitely gonna get me one of those bags! Thank you for sharing this video. It really blessed me. Now, I'm gonna take a page outta your book and perfect my spoonie bag.
The tens unit works bc pain is an electric current so when you use the tens unit which is also an electric current it confuses your brain so it can't send the pain messages back and forth.
Is the medication cooler okay to use for meal replacer formula? Need to carry it with me, and won't be able to drink it if it isn't cool. But, it's really expensive and all of the other ones I have found are for insulin and therefore too small.
I love my quell! I wear it all day and night and it tracks your steps and sleep. I love how it connects to an app also. I will definitely use some of these in my chronic illness bag I have an ER bag too
The way that candle is placed is making me anxious

Did you ever have Tarlov surgery or just use the Wahls Protocol? I am contemplating surgery right now but would love to see what else I could do.
I just ordered Aloe Heat Lotion from Amazon which is supposed to be good for fibromyalgia pain. Thought you might be interested. Happiness, Teresa

I just found your videos and yes I love the bag I’ve got to have one.
The tens unit works because the electrical current interrupts pain signals
Does the infrared light use regular batteries or is it a rechargeable one?

Not trying to be funny, but if all this fails is there a Bible in there?

I am on/off with whether I like my quell. Sometimes, and other times I just don't think it helps me to much
totally understand we have a medical suitcase just for my son and his chronic illness and still can't fit everything
