Remember whenever you do SGS or BHOPs, you can scroll your wheel multiple times and not only the exact moment you land, the reason why u go slow and Inconsistent when u spam scroll Is because you go too fast.
On trying to sgs or bhop, you can spam scroll but you have to do It at the speed where your mouse registers scroll Inputs, because If you go too fast, theres delay and gaps leading to Inconsistentency.

It is probably because you play cracked and have a lot of fps, steam version doesnt have this bug
