I wasn't able to land the iWS combos at all after hours in the lab. But I got it 3 times in a row within five minutes of watching this. I was just doing the b~n way too early after the b2~f,n. Thanks, Cam!
This guide is super helpful. I couldn't get this down at all but after a fair bit of practice muscle memory is taking over and its far more consistent. Thanks.
I tried to figure out myself how people were doing those instant while standing but couldn’t figure it out. I actually would do it on occasion by accident but couldn’t figure out how😂. Glad I caved and came to your video, thank you sir
I was losing my mind trying to figure this out i even did research on reddit and found tekken 7 videos using this, glad you at came out with this information as well
2:40 this is the key, couldn’t get it for the life of me but as soon as u explained to do it like a tilda input (i play lever less) as soon as u said that i’m getting it 100% now
How can I consistently do the b2 loop cause I mostly manage to do one, 2/5 I manage to make 2 and I have difficult to do the 3rd one followed by the back miststep
These have been absolutely killing me trying to get them consistent One thing I noticed which actually made it trickier as a keyboard player is there needs to be a neutral input between the forward and the back motion, and I think a neutral between the back and the button. I found that plinking the keys instead of "pressing" them helps a lot
hi, somehow, when i press back when mist stepping, there's about a 3-5 animation frame freeze before he sways unlike how you sway back in this video which is considerably faster. is this a thing? am i missing something?
great stuff man, could you do a vid talking a little bit about axis adjustments with lee? a lot of the time my b2 won’t even connect when off axis so i can’t go for this stuff. (side note: would you say dashing before 4u3 on most launchers fixes this?) also wall combos when off axis, etc. at least for me it seems lee is pretty axis sensitive, including for magic 4 and ff4 pickups and whatnot
You just straight up cant do 4u3 off axis, just do d2, d41 instead its the only thing ive found that works. And for off axis wall splats just do b4 into d3 works every time
@me_lolo yeah, since df3,2,3 got nerfed I believe max damage on backturn/side is 4,3,4 to blazing kick for like 65ish damage. Sad since we got 90 damage easy in t7 with df3,2,3
Finally, I can do it quite well in practice mode. The key for me was to practice b2~f*b. Because of that, I realized I was pushing b too fast after b2f. Even more importantly I don't drop the combo now if I mess up and don't get ws12 because worst case I get regular 12. (less damage but still better than a dropped combo) God this character sucks but I love it :D
Deadass learned this in one of your early videos by slowing down the video and zooming into the button display 💀
I cannot, for the life of me, hit WS 1, 2. Stoked to try this in the lab, thanks for the vid!!!
You have to let go of back (return to neutral) before you press 1,2 or 2,3, but it’s seems even more important in the 1,2
Every Lee needs to know this. Thanks for this tutorial!

Of course bro! Glad it helped!
Man... you are amazing, your tutorials are VERY USEFUL
i'm so glad that i found your channel bro
YOU ARE MARVELOUS 🤜🤛

Very difficult move to master but I shall keep trying. Lee is dope.

Excellent tips. All Lee Mains unite and keep on being marvelous.

you're the goat, i've been meaning to ask for a tutorial on iws moves, marvelous timing
There is something so satisfying about doing those WS strings during combos with Lee. Thanks for the guide, the timing is for sure rough
Thanks for the video, this is IMO the hardest thing that Lee's player has to learn
Took me like an hour but I finally got the timing consistent thanks for the guide it's super helpful! My fingers tingle 😂
this is the last tech i struggle with

you are doing the lords work camacho
Perfect timing! Hit upper red-ranks and I could feel a slight plateau so this is going to be useful to nail.
Game changer💯💯 picking up lee and you have been a huge help
How can I consistently do the b2 loop cause I mostly manage to do one, 2/5 I manage to make 2 and I have difficult to do the 3rd one followed by the back miststep
Its really hard! Just takes practice. A tip that helps me is to wait until lees head dips down to the lowest point in the mist step
These have been absolutely killing me trying to get them consistent

Yes exactly, i also played on keyboard before switching to mixbox, getting the neutral is super important
You're the goat for this. Hard as fuck but I finally found the rhythm. Didn't realize you had to delay it so much lol
You’re awesome! Thank you again for all the information
Dude you are a life saver. Thank you!!
I was wondering how other Lee players got instant ws thank you
oh Thank you very much for this. I was wondering about this
Another awesome video! Thanks for this. TO THE LAB!!!!! 😂
THIS CAME AT THE PERFECT TIME HOLY SHIT TYTY

It might be a problem with your pc/console
I’ve been labbing this for hours on hours and I can do it but it’s so inconsistent
The new move ff+2 is said to be a good move but I very rarely see top players use it. Why is that so?
Its super super slow and its hard to place.. thats been my struggle with it, feel like i have to force myself to use it

@@supercamacho774so our damage is simply cooked off axis?
@@me_lolo yah, lee chaolan :)

Thanks nice and simple
I can reliably get WS 2,3 and 2,4 but 1,2 is for some reason way less consistent for me
Its a wierd timing for sure!
Im so not consistent on this. Im afraid i will end up dropping my juggles 😢
Even though I can do it consistently from neutral, after a b2~f I don'tget it. Just so damn hard. I either get 1+2, b1 or nothing at all.
