Have you ever noticed? Even when it's admitting you did something horrible, Thea is the one member of her family who believes that truth is better protection of a loved one than keeping them in the dark. She does what her family has not: tell the truth-well, Oliver does, after someone drags it out of him!-instead of hide it. Thea is so hurt and angered with herself for killing her friend, even though it wasn't even her fault. But, she courageously admits even to Laurel, Sara's own sister mind you, and Nyssa, Sara's significant other, than even though she wasn't herself, she was still the one who fired the arrows. That takes immense courage! Thea is heroic!
yes.
Oh, I’m glad Thea is a good person. I’m looking for books and shows and stuff in which the lead character bears my name. Hey I have no life and it’s a way to live vicariously. Ha ha
Malcom actually looked so broke and empty and sad after Thea said i will not be your daughter anymore
He looked stunned to me.
@@hiswayservicesblog9288 yeah but idk. He wasnt expecting it
Yeah, well. He blew it. Big time!
And let's not forget Oliver's face:
Oliver: Suck on that, asshole!
@@frankmarchetta4744 I think Oliver looked almost... regretful, like he was sad for taking it away from her. But here knew it had to be done. He probably also was a bit happier that she saw what he was, also. Two edged sword and all that. 🤷♀️
She evolved so much! She's such a badass now 😍
Compared to season 1, this Thea is so amazing. I lover her from this point forward
I love how Thea trusts Oliver, it is so sweet!! I also really love Oliver!!!!
I loved how throughout the first half of season 3 that everyone kept telling Oliver not to tell Thea his secret, because he would lose her forever; but instead they became closer. And Malcolm lost her. All because Thea finally learned the truth. Amazing storytelling!
CW, we need a spin off named "Speedy"
With characters like Roy, William, Mia, Laurel, Quentin, Moira, Walter, Malcom (alive) & maybe Dinah, Rene, Curtis as guests. And the protagonist of course will be the ONE AND ONLY:
Thea 👑 !!!
That'd be cool
It would be awesome to see that spin-off happen, but I have a feeling that The CW would cancel that show before it would even get started just like ''Green Arrow and The Canaries''
Thea made season 3 good
Malcolm really became at his worst here. We all thought he cared about Thea, but as it turns out he's an even worse father to her than he was to Tommy, whose death at least wasn't intentional. First he brainwashed her to kill Sara (which I think shouldn't even be possible given Sara had more training for 5 years compared to Thea who was only with Malcolm for six months), then he broke a promise he made ON HIS OWN DAUGHTER'S LIFE that he didn't kill Sara with Oliver outright vouching for him, and now he tried to have her killed! What a monster! He clearly only sees Thea as a weapon and that's the only reason he saved her from Slade's army in the first place, having been planning everything since he found out she's his daughter. I really hate him now😡
She regrets sending him to die, but she still doesn't see him as a parent anymore; not like he has the right to be called one, he lost that very right when he killed the very person he has the gall to call his son.
Absolutely right. He lost all credibility as a father when he shows little to no remorse for Tommys death. At the end, he tells Oliver that he has "always been like a son to him". Uggh Merlyn gets on my nerves
He says he regrets his wrong doings, but I fail to see it.
Well, considering he brought back Vandal, I think he's full of it.
I was always hoping for that, but alas the Pit is gone, and his body is probably decomposed, anyway. Would have loved to see Oliver and Laurel react to Tommy being alive....Hold up...
What if Tommy is Dark Archer in Earth-2 instead of Malcolm, the way Robert is GA.
And blames Malcom for killing Oliver.
What kind of loving father would do that to his own daughter?
His Way Services Blog I know he’s sick.
Malcolm merlyn
The kind that slapped her around in the name of "training" her.
oh i don't know the sick psycho kind?
Same kind that killed his son
that's my favorite scene
YES!!
Same, seeing Thea resent Malcolm for causing her to kill Sara, really showed Malcolm that he means nothing to her.
This hits home with me
Good act!
It’s nice to see how much Thea trusts Oliver that, when he says they need Malcolm to help, she goes with it because she knows Oliver wouldn’t be doing this if he had any other choice. Out of all the people who hate Malcolm, it’s easily Oliver who hates him most. Malcolm murdered his father, sentenced him to 5 years of hell, killed 100+ people, including Oliver’s best friend, and turned his sister into a killer, who killed a woman he used to love. It’s not arguable that Oliver hates Malcolm more than anyone, and he knows, without him, they and their city would all die, so the only choice they have is to work with someone they would love to kill. Seriously, Malcolm is probably the only person Oliver would break his no kill unless necessary rule just because of his hatred
Way to go, girl!!!!!!
I really hated Oliver protecting Malcolm
I know! He did NOT deserve it!
Show won't be the same without him, but good riddance!!
I think out of the members of Team Arrow, Oliver is the most objective since he would put his issues aside if working with his enemies to defeat a bigger threat was the best outcome.
@@Tesseract.2012 Ras wouldn't even have BEEN a threat in the first place if not for Malcolm.
@@92Beyo Irony; there would have been no Undertaking if Oliver hadn't saved Malcolm when he was shot with the poison bullet.
If Malcolm really cared for Thea and wanted to protect her, he wouldn't have got her into this mess.
No wonder Moira didn't want Thea to know about Malcolm and Malcolm to know about Thea she was probably afraid something like this would happen and it did
@@arturovillegas1128 yes, exactly. 💯
@@ahangautam8471 But Thea is also to blame if she had just run away with Roy and not go with Malcolm in the season 2 finale Malcolm would have never had drugged her and order her to kill Sara, but then again how was Thea supposed to know that Malcolm would drugged her
@@ahangautam8471 I agree that Malcolm is to blame, but Thea is to blame as well if she had just ran away with Roy instead of going with Malcolm in the season 2 finale Malcolm would have never drugged Thea and then order her to kill Sara, but then again Thea didn't know that Malcolm would drugged her in the first place
@@ahangautam8471 But Thea is also to blame, if she had just ran away with Roy instead of going with Malcolm in season 2 finale then none of this would have happen.
Suck it up, Malcolm. You had that coming!
Big time, he should have told her, but the truth is that he's always a coward who always twists every action and blames it on someone else.
You Wrong, Malcolm.
The only time you can side with him is as a villain. Season 1 is the only bit that counts for him. Rest is annoying when he continues to sabotage them. Nothing more than dead weight. You would expect him to learn his lesson after causing his son's death.
the writers killed malcolm after s1 imo and it isnt possible that he revived himself when his heart was already pierced
After this season they shouldn't definitely whacked him. But no. They decided to have oliver make horrid decisions
@@Shamoneee nah season 3 made him better, just look to brick part 3 ep.
Even Captain Barbossa was a better father than Malcolm!

Well Malcolm if you really love and care for Thea you would have never had drugged and had her kill Sara in the first place
I like thea more when she has short hairs
