  • In this episode I'll be telling you 3 different Facebook marketplace horror stories. We have moved on for the most part and separated ourselves from buying and selling on craigslist. Now we do a lot of our selling and buying on the Facebook marketplace but is it safer ? or just as dangerous as doing so on craigslist. Listen and judge for yourself.
    These stories are told with rain and haunting ambience. I hope you enjoy them. These stories are meant to relax and unsettle you.

      What a crazy coincidence, I was just painting a raccoon painting a skull onto a skull of a raccoon that had a painting of a raccoon painting a skull onto a raccoon skull that itself had a raccoon painting a dog smoking a cigar in a hot tub! Great video! You have a fantastic voice for narration. Lol, that AI thing had me cracking up. 😂I don't know how people could think that you're an AI. Even though I don't like AI(it has gotten better, but I still like talented human narrators like yourself, way better)I think you should take it as a complement because it means people think you sound measured and consistent throughout. If you read the definition and any articles about AI narration it mentions a lot of complimentary aspects in regards to the use of AI narration. I looked it up to see real quick before I finished my comment to make sure I wasn't incorrect in my thinking. So even though it's funny and I don't get it, I'd say you should just decide that it is meant as a compliment.😁
    I look forward to your videos coming up next week, but especially your 'woods' one since you hyped it up so much.

    Same thing nearly happened to a coworker back when PS3 was going down in price and PS4 was more available. They told me by chance that they were gonna sell their ps3 console and a few games for cash. They would meet up in a plaza- but he didn't know that it had little to no foot traffic. I snapped at them like a big sister and suggested they take a buddy or two JUST IN CASE. He shrugged it off but shared the info with others just to act tough. Sure enough other coworkers urged him to not go by himself. By shift end he was sweating bullets on the whole deal. Next shift before clocking time he was panicky and explained that he went with his older brother and his best friend to drive him . When he got down he noticed two guys hoods up phone in hand sizing him up. His brother had parked but didn't turn off the car. Coworker immediately turned back around and told them to drive. The two dudes left pissed and never once made an attempt to message my coworker WHERE they were waiting. It was a trap. 😬 Stay safe 😳

    I can't believe that woman let that guy steal her herbs, watched him wash his car and did nothing!! Really??

  • @leslie6938
    @leslie6938 Місяць тому

    Third story woman had no boundaries whatsoever, literally or figuratively. Took a shower, knew a stranger coming over, witnessed very weird activity in her front yard for at least 30 minutes and never thought to ensure the front door was locked? Weird guy just opens the door and walks right in and she doesn't even mention it, then ushers him further into the house to see the drums. Lets him wander around the house and talk about himself for 40 minutes. SMH, unbelievable (though I do believe this story, some people are beyond naive).
    Watches as a stranger takes several herbs from her garden, uses her hose and water and washes his freaking car in her driveway. I can almost understand a kind of stunned but amused shock disbeli dddddddand wanting to see what he'd do next outside out of sheer curiosity. But after seeing that the guy is way too comfortable with stealing her property and brazenly walks right into her house (red flags for criminality much?), that's when you cancel the drum showing and stop having anything further to do with the guy.

    So the theme was a series of progressively dumb decisions made by passive people who wait until obvious danger becomes imminent? Great reading of their stories - terrible decisonmakers though. All avoidable. I get the desparation of the first guy but not ignoring the obvious. Public has to include people accessible and around or it's useless. The second one had my sympathy until she kept driving toward someone she heard lying. The third made zero sense and she still said it might be nothing; sympathies to her husband. Geez.
